This is the 2nd time I have tried to come in to this bar with my service dog. Everybody including the bartenders were yelling at me last weekend even though she is my service dog, and I tried to go in again tonight with some reputable friends from the community and I was turned away. They were asking for a card and they are not allowed to do that, even though I had it on me and willing to show them. The bartender was arguing with me telling me my dog needs to be in a service vest and that is not true. The service vest that she has, does not fit her because she has lost weight and it is not safe for her. This establishment needs to know their rights and watch what they ask people with service dogs because it is against the law from what they are doing. I had everything on me that I was allowed in supposed to have legally and they refuse to let me in with her.

Stopped in for a beer which turned into a long island as the beer choices were not something sounding good at the time. the island was made very well. Bartender was pretty friendly. We were there early enough it was pretty calm. Had a few choices of bourbon which were decent and not bottom shelf. Music was on the box which is on the loud side but I am guessing the later crowd is down with that. No smoking inside which was a great perk. Pool table in back. Decent decor. Would likely return.

Security is on a power trip, but bartenders are good and drinks are worth the money. Music is great for all no matter what you like. Whomever the white haired, older security should probably be replaced though, kinda ruins the place cause he’s always trying to find something to patrol.

Some great bartenders who always make me feel welcome. Jo and Britt are the best! This bar doesn’t present the amenities other bars do and the reason people come there is bc the bartenders rock and largely the doorstaff keep dumb stuff from happening.

Great dive bar. Excellent drinks and prices, wonderful bartenders. Although they don’t normally serve food for days like the superbowl they put our a terrific free spread. The roast pork was awesome!
