The service was good. They were very nice and friendly. We got the huckleberry smoothie/shake. It was terrible. It tasted like watered down milk with ice and the tiniest bit of flavor and sweetener. Very disappointing.

I’m a regular at most locations depending on my day, but I absolutely love my Lotus drinks! Coffee is always great here, too! If you want a more stronger coffee flavor, they definitely have ya covered. Employees are almost always great at every location.

I usually have pretty good luck at the Hamilton location but recently with new hires the baristas need more training. My most recent coffee (9/16) was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha and it was so dark it tasted bitter and black. It came out the window looking very dark which was my first red flag. I had one drink and my tongue turned yellow. I could not drink it. These drinks are too expensive to not have proper training.
