First timers!! Found this place through the Taco Week app. Taco were really good so was the chips and salsa that came with them. The place was clean and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to try something different. The patio looks really nice as well.

Been following them on Instagram for over a year and finally made it in to eat. I like that it’s away from the road, atmosphere was great, booth was comfortable. The food was some of the best I have had in a while. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients, this wasn’t the standard GFS food that so many places offer. Meats were all high quality, the menu was everything I look for in a place like this. Creative with a great selection but not trying to hard to be something it’s not. Great selection of beers too. This is my new favorite place to eat. The menu is that good. Let me add that the owner was out there wiping down tables and seating people. tellcan tell he takes a lot of pride in his business and as a business owner myself that goes a long way.

Somehow, in the 2.5 years we have lived in Berea we have passed this restaurant dozens of times but never visited. As we were trying to make a decision on where to eat this evening, we happened to be driving by Suds Maguire’s and made the decision to try it.
When we arrived, it was still early dinner time so there was no wait and we were seated right away. The waiter stopped by shortly after, took our drink order and gave us some time to look over the menu. We made some hard choices on what to try as an appetizer and for our main meals.
We ultimately decided on the steak cigars (which were absolutely amazing and I would come back just for them in the future) and I chose the Philly cheese steak with fries. My wife got the sassy BLTA.
The appetizer came out quick and it was piping hot. We had to wait a little while for the dish to cool but once we dove it, we were quite happy with the decision. The dish pairs well with the served horseradish.
My Philly cheese steak was a surprisingly large serving topped with a tangy and delicious yellow cheese sauce. The ribeye was seasoned well and was flavorful on its owned. In the sandwich, it was a great overall package. Fries were very good and reminded me of some of my absolute favorite fries at Rocknes.
My wife really enjoyed her Sassy BLTA, said the bacon used had a great flavor and paired well with the avocado and Sriracha mayo.
All in all, was a great experience and we both left upset we had not tried Suds’ back when we first moved into the area. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Will absolutely be visiting again and bringing other folks with us next time.

Went to Suds with my family for dinner and was very pleased. The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was nice. The food was so delicious!! I got the potato pancake rueben and will definitely be going back for another. It was so freaking huge!! You definitely get your moneys worth! Love supporting a small business as well!

I came here once to meet a few friends for a bite to eat, the food is consistent but Sam, our server, is the reason we keep coming back. She is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond. We love Sam, and I’d give her 6 stars if I could.

My group walked in excited to watch the Super Bowl, and from the second we stepped through the door it was clear the bartender wanted nothing to do with us. She had her back turned and practically forced a “hello.” When we politely asked if they could turn the audio on for the game, she shot us the dirtiest glare and an exaggerated eye roll.
We could barely hear the commentary over whatever random music was playing from the kitchen, and the whole vibe screamed “we don’t care if you’re here.” We ordered a round, paid our tab quickly, and left. If the staff hates their job this much, they shouldn’t be working in a place that depends on customers showing up for big games.
Zero hospitality, zero effort, zero reason to ever come back. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Never again.

My partner and I tried to dine here on a Friday night at 8:30pm. The website claims that the restaurant is open until 11pm but the kitchen closes at 10pm so we were well within the hours to be served dinner.
The hostess immediately informed us when we asked to be seated that the kitchen was already closed for the evening. When I asked why she said it closes randomly if they aren’t busy. We purposely chose this location because we love the food and I checked the hours beforehand since I knew we’d be eating a bit later.
I saw online that the kitchen was open until 10pm. While this hostess is not at fault, she sort of shrugged though our interaction and said the kitchen was already cleaned up and there was not food.

the food is good. but the bartender with the red hair and appears to lay in a tanning bed for 37 hours per day is extremely rude and weird. terrible service from her. the other staff is ok.
