Christmas morning was super special with our breakfast from this location. Kelly was the sweetest cashier and made sure that we were taken care of, and was so patient with our big order! Everyone was cheerful even though they were working on Christmas! Our food was hot and delicious… and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT! I highly recommend.

I got the breakfast platter, Food tasted good but the portion size is awful for the price you get just a few potatoes an a skimpy egg an tiny piece of chicken it all tastes amazing but it’s a tease an every Hardee’s I go to is like this common Hardee’s do better or lower the prices cuz I shouldn’t have to buy 2 platters to fill my morning appetite an I’m a small guy typically a kids menu item fills me up so this is sad

The service here is down right abhorrent. The young guy that was waiting The front counter was more concerned with talking to the cook than helping me. The cook even had to tell him I was there. Then when I did order he didn’t know how to ring my order up properly so I ended up not getting anything. If you are going to hire kids make sure you have proper supervision to deal with them.

Located in Loves travel stop, it was super convenient since I needed fuel. Was very clean inside and staff was friendly and helpful. First time I ever got the chicken tenders, and they were kinda dry, but still ok. Overall highly recommend if your looking for a good clean Hardee’s!!

I went to use a reward from the Hardee’s app (which this location does not honor being owned by Loves) That’s fine but when I said, I did not want the burrito anymore because it wasn’t gonna be free I had the window slam in my face with an eye roll and a huff.

I am a truck driver and I parked here to do a reset, I decided to eat the chicken tenders and I ordered the 10 piece tender platter, it took a few minutes to get my food and I was handed 2 bags so I assumed they gave me everything that came with the platter which would have been assumed everything was in the bag. This was between 11:00 and 12:00 and I had been driving all night so I go to my truck parked all the way at the back of the parking area and when I open everything and they failed to put the fries, toast, and Cole slaw in the bag. At this point I was tired and decided I was just eat what was there and go to bed. That didn’t bother me so much that they failed to put all of what I ordered in the bag however, I did go back later between 7:00 and 8:00 pm and I mentioned it to the employee taking my order and he was very understanding and insisted on getting the manager which was an older lady that made me decide to give this review. She immediately accused me of lying and told the employee that was taking my order that it didn’t happen on her shift and it was not her problem that was probably lying anyway. She was very unprofessional and very rude. The poor kid that was taking my order felt bad but said there wasn’t anything he could do. I am not upset or mad at the employee waiting me but the manager needs to be retrained on the customer service part of her job. I did produce the receipt not to get the food that was left out of my previous order but to show her that her assumptions were wrong and her rudeness was not acceptable. I wanted her to understand assuming the worst in people and being rude without considering that everybody is not bad. I probably make more in a week than she does in a month so money is not the issue here.

My kids looove going to this Hardee’s location! It’s like a real treat to them! Sounds kinda ridiculous, I know, but they are all about some crispy chicken and good burgers! Every single time we go in (and we go often-ish I’d say, a few times a month), the employees are so friendly and helpful, even when my large crew of kids come bouncing in. Extremely clean seating area every time. Clean drink station. Usually the weather channel is playing on the television so I feel warm and cozy like I’m at my grandmothers house. The food has always been on point, but the winning quality this place has that compels me to take time out of my day to leave a review is the friendliness of the staff and the clean, welcoming environment (even with it being connected to a gas station).
