This “experience” was in Colville WA, employee’s name was Justin and the store manager is Russell. The time I arrived was 1550, might have actually been a little before that time. I arrived to an empty lobby, no customers at all. The employee came out from the back to take my order. I let him know ahead of time that I had 7 to 10 sandwiches to make, at which point he said nope, that’s a catering order and we need 24 hours notice for that. I let him know ours were simple sandwiches, we have often come in and placed this order without any issues in the past, takes 15 minutes (Many of our sandwiches hardly have any toppings). We had plans at another restaurant but decided to stay home due to one family member getting sick, so could not have called this in ahead of time, and I apologized and told him that. He said nope, then walked to the back of the store. I leaned over the counter and asked if he is refusing to make our sandwiches, and he said “basically, yep, yes I am,” then returned to the back of the store. What happened? I was shocked. We have lived here for 22 years, have often ordered these, they are so simple that the person is usually done in 15 minutes because we have everything organized for it. I was in the store for 10 minutes, not a soul came in until 1 person arrived as I was leaving. The sandwiches could have been nearly complete by then. I even have photos of empty lobby from when I arrived and the time I left. I spoke with the manager who stated the guy was busy, there are sales to back that up. The store was EMPTY during the time I was there! This was a TERRIBLE experience. Since we have a large family, I guess we are never welcome at Subway? Crazy. The pictures I have below show the EMPTY lobby with the exception of the ONE individual that walked in as I was leaving, 10 minutes later. The employee is still in the back room, so this guy is standing at the counter waiting to place his order. This was a horrible experience. Maybe the employee was under the influence? He had a very odd demeanor and seemed under the influence, not wanting eye contact, made strange noises while I was on the phone, kept going to the back room…maybe that would explain it? I just can’t think of any other explanation…

Personally…I have been here many times, since they opened. Sometimes they’re Busy…other times there’s no customers. The Bread Choices are limited during the Lunch Hour; Same as the “Fresh Baked Cookies”!
The Vegetables: Lettuce, Spinach, Onions, Cucumbers, Pickles, etc… Are always Fresh Tasting and Well Stocked. However…The Meat: Chicken, Ham, Steak, Tuna, Meatballs…has a Tendency to run out during “Rush Hour’! They Accept Cash/Credit or Debit. Also, “Subway Sells Gift Cards”! They have Disability Seating; High Chairs and a Public Restroom. They are Located near other Businesses.

Ordered in advance to pick up on my lunch break and got a notification that it was ready and when I got to the restaurant it had not even been started and the manager stood around on his phone. Will be notifying corporate as this subway is always a let down.

I enjoy getting a delicious and healthy wrap from this location! So good! (This is a turkey wrap with lettuce, onion, cucumber, jalapeno, salt, pepper, and chipotle southwest sauce). The employees also are always friendly and helpful. Can’t go wrong here!

I like Subway, I’ve eaten there for over 40 years in various states of the Union.
The young woman working behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Food was good. Only one girl ran the whole restaurant, so she didn’t have tuna or some of the ingredients we were looking for cause she was too busy helping customers. You really need at least two employees to get all the work done. She mashed the bread pretty good while cutting it in half.

What an awful experience. I will never spend money at the store again. I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich was and he said a monster. I said OK let’s try it. I paid $16 for $12 sandwich because he did not put bacon on sandwich. He made me a basic steak and cheese. I asked for the green peppers and onions to be toasted on it, he forgot to do so, and was angry when I asked him to warm it back up with them on there, so they would be one. When I went out to the truck to get my wallet, he informed my fiancé that he can only do two sandwiches, because he really needed to close and go home. We didn’t even get the sandwich for our last kid, because he made it so obvious he was pissed off, so stuff around, mumbling, etc. that we just took her stuff and left. $50 for three sandwiches. Since when? Refused to honor subways buy one get one free promotion. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had a subway, they really put themselves to shame in comparison to the Chewelah subway and the service offered there.

Ordered dash and my bacon, that is paid extra for, was essentially raw, could not eat it. So much mayo and mustard on sandwich that was all I could taste.
