Spent my whole lunch break waiting in line and never had my order taken. Completely unacceptable to only have 1 person working during a lunch hour. The money you think you’re saving by not staffing enough people, you’re loosing through terrible service.

1:25PM 2/26/2023 – the male employee working went outside on his phone, came back in rang up a customer and proceeded to touch food and make more sandwiches without washing his hands at all. We witnessed this along with other customers and ended up not even ordering because of this. Completely unacceptable, unsanitary and the management here needs to be aware and step in.

The one on Pacific hwy in Lakewood always good. Went today lady at counter very rude and slow. Finally get my sandwiches and use my coupon two footlongs for $12.99 she said wouldn’t go through. I’m like I’ve used these several times at this location and no problem. I believe lady just didn’t want to take them like it’s costing her but since that was my dinner I paid almost $27 verses $13.99 with coupon. Get home sandwiches not cut meat and veggies falling out everywhere. Tried to call corporate but closed so I emailed them about this problem and especially this rude lady. I can see if it was so busy but me and my boyfriend only one there. This lady should be fired and corporate needs to make up for the Xtra $ I spent for nonsense and lies.

My coworker went up to get us lunch. He stood there for over 10 minutes while the counted inventory! WHAT!? He said the line kept backing up because they couldn’t check anyone out until everything had been counted. TACKY. Once I opened up my 6″ BLT, I see that my bacon wasn’t even warmed up! They literally took it from the cold box onto my sandwich and sent it on it’s way! Seriously?? So I had to take time away from work to go back up to get the thing remade. All the gal said was, “Sorry about that.” WORST customer service at this place. One gal never smiled and was very mono-tone. And the pic attached is the replacement sandwich. Pathetic. McDonal’ds $1 burgers are thicker than this!
