This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at this Subway, or any for that matter. First, the guy who began making our order did not speak english whatsoever. That would’ve been fine, but he was the only one there at the time and couldn’t understand anything we said. My husband tried to tell him what we wanted and he kept pointing to the numbers on the menu for him to choose from, which isn’t what we wanted. He was only putting the meats on the edge of the sandwich and was only putting 2-3 pieces on it. Then when my husband asked for more, because that’s obviously not how much they usually put on it, he started putting all of the stuff down the middle of the sandwich. He also answered a phone call on his phone while in the middle of this, and did not change his gloves. Finally another girl showed up, and was trying to tell him what to do but it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing either. He continued making the sandwiches, and then when he was done he tried to roll the sandwiches up to wrap them. Like psychically wrapping the sandwich, not the wrapper. And also didn’t cut it down the middle. This whole thing was absolutely ridiculous, and we will not be eating here again.

I usually like Subway, but this location really let me down. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed through my order without listening. The veggies looked old, and the bread was hard and dry. I asked for my sandwich toasted, and they didn’t even warm it up properly. On top of that, the place didn’t feel clean — the tables were dirty, and there was no napkins or lids. I won’t be coming back to this one. Hopefully management takes better care of the store and the service.

saw a staff member drop food in the back and watched them still serve it to a customer a few times. The new staff was also very horrible and rude and when i asked to speak to a manager they were also very rude and aggressive even though i asked a simple question. the food is also very old and ive gotten sick a few times and food poisoning

I have recently moved here and wanted to try subway the new new staff who doesn’t greet customers, doesn’t wash her hands, is visibly annoyed to be there and doesn’t wear gloves to make my sandwich. I will never return to this location.

The manager was so rude and aggressive. The one with the glasses and was only nice to the person she was serving then when it was my turn, she kept telling me to hurry up and waving her hands around. Then she walked to the back and I heard her laughing and talking to someone else and took a very long time to get back to help me. She didn’t wash her hands, kept looking me up and down, and handed my food to me and left. I am never coming back here again.

Place is very dirt and not welcoming. The New Staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and are very rude. I have seen the new staff not washing their hands and touching food without gloves on!

This place is wonderful and their food is always great. The manager Amanda took wonderful care of my family and I and made sure we got the best customer service. Their staff had a very good attitude and it was very clean inside. We will be returning specifically due to this. 🙂

The manager with red hair is very disrespectful, and has no respect towards me and many other customers. I seen her yelling at a Walmart Employee and started cussing at her, and telling her to “shoo shoo” like she was some sort of dog. I have never seen something like that before, i found it so rude and had to leave.

I had a bad experience here. The manager with red hair is so rude. I seen her talking to a Walmart employee and being so rude and tellng the employees to back away with her hand like she was a dog it was very unprofessional. I turned around and did not order food from this location ever again. She needs to get fired !
