We waited 25 minutes to get our food. The livers were not done and were just thrown in the box, looked gross so I just threw them away. The rest of the food was not good either. We were the only car in the drive thru and only one couple inside. Customer service was not good they acted like we were inconveniencing them.

Last night (1/26/26 @~9:00pm) DoorDash assigned me an order for pickup at this location and when I arrived no one had started the order I was assigned and it took me a few minutes to get the staff’s attention. No big deal there, it’s late and the place was a ghost town post winter weather advisory so they probably hadn’t received any orders in a while. The 15 minutes I waited in the lobby without proper communication of when my order would be ready isn’t why I’m writing this review.
While I waited I overheard the girl working the front desk say something along the lines of “The next person to ask to talk to the manger we should give them this picture of our dead manager hahaha” to whoever was in the office with them. A few moments later the girl working the front desk gets my attention and asks me “would you like this picture?” While holding out a full page printed picture of what I can only assume to be their recently deceased coworker.
Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable after this interaction and shortly after unassigned my order so that I could leave the establishment.

Dead slow me n 3 cars are just waiting for food been here 15 minutes. Since when can’t they produce food at a window? Just close the window down. Let’s hope the foods good hence the 2 stars.

This girl has been ordered a six piece original and when I got my chicken you can tell the chicken was laying on top of each other the way it was cooked so it caused my chicken to be undercooked so I had to get the crispy chicken because they didn’t have any more original chicken also did not get the great items with my meal

Tonight was the worst food ever that we are gotten. Did not get my pot pie .served hot tea instead of cold . Gravy was awful water down. Basically it was all the food was cold. N chicken burnt

Busy and friendly as possible with customers not happy about wait times. Part of our meals were missing. Didn’t receive Cole slaw and biscuits. Understand it’s busy but spent over 60 bucks on food here tonight and bits were missing which was disappointing.

Great customer service! Pulled in at the drive thru and asked if the chicken livers were fresh. Next thing I know an employee is running out the back door with liver samples for me to try! 5 stars to the employees working today 8/23. And the livers were fresh and delicious!! Thanks for the great service.

Absolutely horrendous. Placed order on app at 5:15 and arrived around 5:45 to pickup. App eta was 20-40 minutes. Simple $25 order, nothing out of the norm. Went to counter and was told that none of the app orders were done, gave my name to the lady behind the counter and tried to get an eta. Was told they dont have an order for me. Double checked phone, gave order number, waited another 5 minutes to be told that my order had already been given to someone else by accident and that she would need to text the manager to figure out what to do. 15 more minutes, she walks back and tells me that they will replace the order, but that i will need to wait on all the new orders in front of mine and it would take a “hot minute”. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded and was refused. Called the app number and was told that it would have to be escalated to a management team and that i may get a refund, i might not, no one knows because the departments at KFC headquarters and customer service apparently have no way to contact the other (i was actually told this by the customer “service” agent on the phone).
TL:DR No food, no refund, not one ounce of caring from this company.
