No working oven, soda machine is disgusting, customer service is rude and disrespectful. New manager did not wash her hands before making my sandwich around 11:30 am today. I also witnessed her being rude to her employees. Will not be back.

The tomatoes were rotten and green. The cucumbers were rotten. The spinach was wilted and the lettuce was off color. The employee was visibly sick, coughing, and sniffling the whole time. I pulled my sandwich apart when I got home and ended up throwing the whole thing away. It is very disappointing to see such lack of care from the employee. She should have seen the rotting vegetables and not served them.

Almost all the vegetables were old and weird colors. I had to choose ones that didn’t look sickly. Usually subway is great but this one was pretty nasty.

Activision Modern warfare
I had a order with Allen today, I’m aware he has been working there for a very long time now on his own. I ordered one meatball sub and a sandwich that had lettuce on it with meat, the meat to lettuce ratio was unacceptable and I did call the Subway to speak with Allen. He then told me there is a new recipe where they must add more meat on the sandwiches, which I told him that I just need him to put more lettuce on his sandwiches or he will lose customers. He asked me if I was a fan and I was quite confused what kind of question that was at this point, at another time in the past he ranted about his anger issues which is unprofessional.

The man working was very nice to the customer in front of me and behind me he kind of rushed me and judged me it felt like I am pregnant and on a scooter due to a broken ankle so the 5 sandwich order in front of me took awhile I wasn’t rude told him to take his time and there were no worries about the wait also I ordered a CBR foot long and they have changed the chicken from chunks of white meat chicken to a shredded rotisserie chicken completely changed the flavor of the sandwich and made it so I will not be having subway again unless I know they have changed the chicken back or atleast gives you a choice to choose which kind you like more

Workers don’t know what melts are. They are clearly not trained properly, melts are supposed to be grilled and have triple the cheese and they had no cheese and were barely grilled. Argumentative on the phone.

False advertising and terrible service was yelled at by employee(Allen). Asked for managers name and number (because i was overcharged) which he wouldn’t give me so i took his picture for proof of the employee i was dealing with. He then threatened to call the cops on me. Had to get Walmart management involved and then he continued to yell at them. Won’t be using this Subway again.
