The mobile order lane — which is supposed to be faster and more convenient — is actually much slower than the regular drive-thru line. I’m standing in the mobile lane right now, and I’ve watched four cars in the regular line get their food and leave while I’m still waiting.

If this is how the system works, what’s the motivation for anyone to use the app? There’s no benefit — only longer wait times and frustration.

All the investment and effort that went into building and promoting this feature don’t seem to pay off when the execution at the store level fails completely.

Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A location, the drive-through pick-up experience for online orders is consistently slow and disorganized. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but the “order-ahead” lane often moves even slower than the line where customers place orders at the speaker.

The drive-through setup feels chaotic, and once you’re in line, there’s no way to exit if you change your mind because cars are boxed in behind you. This defeats the purpose of ordering in advance and takes away from the fast, efficient experience the brand is known for. I hope this location can improve its process to better match the speed and convenience customers expect.

I have visited this location 2 times and the first time my wait was 35 minutes. There were a lot of young people working that were running around smacking each other with towels. Today was the second. I was in line when they changed to breakfast but refused to serve me a butter biscuit. Waffle House next door was great!

Very clean inside eating area. The people working behind the counter were kind and considerate. We were given a number so we found a comfortable place to sit. In a short amount of time, a worker brought us our food and asked if we needed anything else. So prompt and proficient. Solid place to eat.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I’ve been here a handful of times since it opened, and I’ve only received great sandwich’s . The fries and the number one combo are always hot, fresh, and straight out of the fryer. Every time I come home from college, this is the Chick-fil-A I make sure to visit.

I’m writing this review because this is absolutely disgusting! After I spoke with customer service and talked to the kitchen manager and sent her this picture all they could say was they take precautions in the kitchen and check the temperature they take precautions in the kitchen and check the chicken temperature every hour.

I personally find this hard to believe because if that was the case that would not have happened! I understand accidents happen, but as a customer who eats Chick-fil-A multiple times a month I don’t feel valued as a customer. Even after I complained and asked what precautions they take to make sure these things don’t happen, they didn’t have much to say. Now every time I eat chicken, I think of that moment at Chick-fil-A.

The worst customer service award goes to this store! From the older lady in the drive through greeting you with a why are you here disposition, not repeating the order (like in all other stores) and not taking my order right to the lady inside name almond (or something like that) poor attitude, no apology we’ll make this right, just a thank you have a nice on my way when I was clearly upset… this store certainly deserves the award. Congratulations!
