I got a foot long grilled chicken sub.. and my god, it was the worst food I ever had. I started feeling sick after 2-3 bites. I threw it away. I don’t know if chicken and other veggies were stale or it was poorly made but it was horrible. No wonder this shop always looked very empty.

My wife is pregnant and had to use the restroom due to pregnancy symptoms. The employee said you need to buy something before using the restroom. Really? Can’t you see she is pregnant. I suggest employees should have some empathy.

Horrible employee They don’t let me use the restroom they were rude and force me to buy chips yo use the restroom. I told i don’t want chips i need to use the restroom before order and i can pay cash for the restroom and i was very kind but the lady said no. I asked her name she refused to told me her name and also asked for money to use the sanitizer. I wanted to talk with her manager she refused to call the manager.

I was helped by Andy yesterday and he was absolutely AMAZING. He talked personally to me and to the customer in front of me about our days and gave amazing service. Sandwich was delicious and Andy was super clean with gloves and sanitization. Easily the best subway I’ve been in.

I’d give zero if I could. I had to use the restroom only to be told it was for “paying customers only”. I’ve gone to Subway my whole life and I will no longer return after this experience. The employee chose to ignore me and stare straight ahead. Good riddance.

The employees will never speak to or be polite to me. When there is another customer in the building they speak perfect english and are super friendly. They also won’t accept cash from me, but will from other customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Yikes

So, ordered a sandwich from Subway online this morning (I do it all the time its usually great), go to pick up sandwich 5 minutes after the time on the order, walk 3 blocks in the rain uphill both ways (it is Seattle there are hills), get told I would have to wait 15-20 minutes because “can’t you see we are busy” ask for refund get told to call customer service myself and they don’t do refunds. Customer service lady says she is going to call the store, wait on hold for 5 minutes. She can’t reach the store, then tells me they in fact do NOT do refunds because each store is individually owned, but they will e-mail the owner for me and ask them to contact me. She suggested I contact my bank if I want an immediate refund. ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS SUBWAY!?!?! So no lunch and an hour wasted on the phone with my bank and subway customer service. Awesome, if i ever get a subway craving I am walking the extra 4 blocks to a different subway because I will never order from here again.

They were out of almost every ingredient for my sandwich. The guy went to the back to refill every single time. Very inefficient. I tried to be patient but then the soda was out too. Hire some good employees already.
