We stopped by and got lucky enough to nab a spot at the bar for brunch. We ordered the pastrami hash on the recommendation of our server Lenin, and it was incredible! We also ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and the lemon ricotta pancakes which were both phenomenal. Every dish was perfectly balanced and a great portion. We can’t wait to come back!

Rosie’s undeniably deserves the Michelin bib gourmand rating, a testament to the exceptional culinary experience they offer. Their cuisine transcends the ordinary, leaving an indelible mark with its distinct flavors and meticulous preparation. Have been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got the chance to and all I can say is – wow. Every dish was great. We tried the deviled eggs which had a small chicharrón in each adding a great salty flavor to them. The pastrami hash is a must just for the meat – melts in your mouth and had great seasoning. We also had the chicken and waffles as well as the chicken and biscuits which were all done extremely well and only made better with their jam, syrup, and hot sauce. Finished off our meal with the pancakes which had more blueberries than I expected but again – great flavor and a great ending to an amazing brunch. Highly recommend!

Great brunch experience! The food is delicious and service warm and attentive! Highly recommend it. I booked a reservation for brunch with some friends. We got a bit apprehensive as the weather was forecast to be 87 degrees so we thought we would be melting outside – keep in mind the entire seating is outdoors. To our surprise all tables have some sort of umbrella shade and the

Rosie’s is my favorite brunch spot in Miami by far! The outdoor space is very cute while also being laid back. We started with the deviled eggs which were the best deviled eggs I’ve ever had! My boyfriend doesn’t like deviled eggs and he loved these. The soft scramble toast was cooked perfectly and the addition of the mushrooms made it so yummy. The chicken and waffles were my favorite! The chicken was so crispy and juicy and the waffles were very tasty as well. I feel it hard to find good chicken and waffles these days because usually one of the two parts of the dish is lacking, but at Rosie’s, both the chicken and waffles were delicious. The meals came with a plate of different hot sauces which was nice because you could make the chicken as spicy as you like. We also got a bloody mary and a micheleda which were both good but nothing crazy. The service was very good, we had one server but had multiple people checking in on us which I liked. I will definitely be back!! Can’t stay away from those chicken and waffles too long.

What a happy accident to discover Rosie’s! Was literally in the neighborhood picking up my niece after a bachelorette weekend in Miami and thought I would see about brunch places nearby and Rosie’s popped up. Lovely casual spot in a neighborhood where it felt more industrial, which made it even more fun. Seems very popular so reservations, especially on the weekend, are probably a good idea. It was a fun different menu and we loved the crispy potatoes, chicken and waffles and lemon ricotta pancakes. Great music and ambiance, decent service. Overall would highly recommend and am looking forward to going back!

We decided to try Rosie’s on a whim after others had mentioned it to us. The food is delicious. the lomon ricotta pancakes are perfect. The cacio pepe omelette was scrumptious. Can’t wait until they start to serve dinner and sell their lemon orange marmelade and brown butter syrup. Definitely worth the trip

Had a delicious brunch here. Would recommend eating here, as all the dishes we had were delicious. The servers were friendly and helpful as well. The only downside is there’s only outdoor seating which can be tough on a hot summer day.

I rarely eat at the same place twice but here I will gladly eat brunch every day and give it as a suggestion to anybody. The flavors are ridiculous, the presentation is adorable, and the atmosphere is so cozy!!!!
