Out of tomatoes and olives. What sandwich place runs out of tomatoes? My veggie sandwich was pretty thin and boring. Melted cheese was all on one side, etc, totally not worth the money. Plus if you want a cheese sandwich you have to pay for double cheese if you want to notice it. Oh and they don’t have cheddar?? Won’t go to this location again.

I agree with other reviews, avoid ordering from here either in person or through app. Worker didn’t even put cheese on our subs (ordered through app) portions were off, and my sub ended up being nothing but chicken and sauce lol. Our sub was supposed to be toasted and it ended up being straight up cold, like a cold cut combo; at this point avoid leaving a tip because why leave a tip if i cant even get my sandwich made at least SOMEWHAT correctly. What a joke, figured I’d order through app for rewards/promo but I would rather spend full price at the subway in fairwood or fred meyer.

I ordered a sandwich through the subway website and not only did they send the gig through a third party (DoorDash) they got my order wrong. When I discovered it was wrong I tried to call to get it fixed for 20 minutes before I had to drive out to the store to try to fix the problem. When I got there they had complicated systems in place that prevented me from getting a full refund. (Since it went third party the store didn’t get the full payment and since I didn’t go through DoorDash I had no recourse with them) The manager and I spoke for 20 mins before he agreed to a partial refund and a replacement sandwich (I just wanted my money at this point). I will not ever go back to this subway. Lastly, I have family who have worked food industry for 20 years so I go even further out of my way to be kind to the workers on their behalf and all the over taxes workers. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left and it is because of the convulsed systems and refusal of management to just refund me as asked.

I had a very bad experience the lady who said she is the manager delgy was not nice to me when i ordered the teriyaki chicken 6 inch after one bite it tasted like it had soap in it. She did not want to change my order or give my money back.. anyways when i told her i only had a bite then she said i need to pay 1.50 more to get the meatball one. Then she changed it. The meatball did not taste like it had soap in it. Do not try the chicken taryake

Today 02/24/2022 at or between 10:56am or 11:01am, I was inside this specific location to order my sandwich, the guy was doing something else when I entered and I say “hi” to him, he looked at me from top to bottom and started taking my order, by the time I started paying, I asked him if he is Ok if I tip him, he said, “no, it’s Ok!” and hit a skip button by himself (I can do that too) and, I thought today is Friday and I said ‘ can I get the today’s deal or discount since it is Friday?’ The guy looking at me again and said “no no no … “ and goes, pointing to my company car and said “I don’t know how could you get a job/work there “ … and many more … I am like, ‘ bro … are you OK?’ and there is nothing related to my work just because I forgot the day… I forgot today is Thursday for some reason and I don’t have to argue with him, paid and left with different things going on in my brain, I even thought, because of my skin color and my broken English … too much thinking. I will contact subway to see what their answers for this kind of bad customer service and personal opinions on customers.

Super grumpy customer service, out of most types of cheese, old lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes. After being super upset and barely wanting to make my sandwich the guy stormed off to the back all grumpy like a big ol baby without saying anything and didn’t even give me a receipt. Probably having a mid life crisis or something idk probably never going back there again.
