I was initially met with a horrible attitude from the woman working (Sylvia) and against my better judgment to walk right back out, I decided to order anyways. I ordered a 6” sandwich for my daughter, who ONLY wanted salami and lettuce. She put 3 lil pieces of salami on it (my understanding is that a 6” sub should have about 3oz of meat on it? Give or take). I had asked for it to be toasted and apparently she didn’t hear me because she continued to put the lettuce on. I said “oh I’m so sorry, I would like that toasted please”….to which she responded “i already asked you that and you said no” there were a couple other instances when I had asked for something else and received that same response “I already did this or that”
I also ordered the nachos and asked for some extra cheese (that I would have gladly paid for) and was told “I can’t do that”. YOU “CAN’T” !? A side of sauce on the side that I’m paying for? What great customer service.
Anywho, comes time to pay. I was charged $8.99 for a six inch…and then an additional $1.39 “because of the salami” !? I frequent subway enough to know that that extra charge was absurd and I can’t recall a time I’ve ever been charged extra just because it’s salami! When I mentioned it was something I’ve ordered many times and have never been charged that way, her response was “well I COULD HAVE charged you for a more expensive sandwich”
Even though I was the only customer inside, i was treated like an inconvenience, didn’t get a “thank you” or anything of the sort at the end of the transaction She was very curt.
Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway! I won’t be returning to this one to say the least.
Have a better day Sylvia!

I won’t come here anymore in life.
