Service was fast even though the restaurant had a crowd from a daycare field trip and a lot of people eating lunch after Vacation Bible Schools at local churches.

Excellent service! The DQ team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. The staff is professional and friendly. It’s very comforting to know that place was very clean! The ice cream was good as always! The restroom very clean!

So disappointed in DQ. Every time they get a new Blizzard, the store runs out of them. Ran out of ingredients for the Cake batter cookie dough blizzard within 2 weeks. IT’S THE FLAVOR OF THE MONTH!! How do you run out all the time? Usually out of Cotton Candy blizzard ingredients too.

The gentleman who greeted me through the drive thru speaker was very nice. I ordered two $7 3pc chicken tender meals, 4 pc chicken tender meal, hot fugde sundae, small m&m blizzard, peanut buster parfair, a kids chicken tender meal with a cup of ice cream. All the ice cream was given to me already melting with no lids with spoons already in them. (Why they do this, I have no idea) I don’t care about the blizzard being turned upside down. Y’all can stop that. And I do not understand why you serve the gravy in such small containers. I got home and after going through all the food, I realized I didn’t I have the small cup of ice cream for my son. He is one so I knew he wouldn’t realize it. However I even asked before I pulled away if they have given me everything and they said yes. (To all the DQs in Georgia, stop by the Sylvester DQ and take a lesson on customer service) I wasn’t greeted at the window. I wasn’t told have a nice day.

This visit was very different from when I have gone in the past. There was one guy at the register who was not very friendly. After my order for my hot phot fudge Sunday was given it took a very long time to receive it. That is usually not the case. But of course I will go back again because I know from previous visits everything is perfect.

Very average location. Toppings on the blizzards are always a hit or miss. Some visits I won’t get enough of a certain topping and other visits I will get too much. Not bad but nothing special.

I had an 85 cent blizzard that was very good but I could only buy one with the app so my Mom got a slush that she said was very good also. I am giving the Dairy Queen a 3 because my Mom and her caregiver, ladies over 60 years old that are not app savvy have to buy their Blizzards for 4+ dollars a piece. Somehow that just doesn’t seem fair.

Update on a second visit. Blizzards were sloppy made and outside of cup was covered in product. Messy. Service was not very quick. 1 st visit Hamburger made just as requested. Onion rings not over cooked. And blizzard was thick and flavourful. Only down side is the wait but the food is great

I visit this particular DQ quite a bit since it’s close to my house and my kids love it. I don’t think I’ve ever had a GOOD experience (orders are wrong often, food is never fresh and the kids that work here barely have any customer service skills), but again… my kids love the place so ‍♀️ We’ve visited twice this week already and it only Tuesday! Now there are 2 young black men who are usually on the register when I go that make the experiences OKAY. One speaks like Ben Stein from the old “Clear Eyes” commercials… He’s very nice, he just never smiles.. like EVER. The other one has a pleasant attitude, he just never knows anything when you ask ‍♀️ But today what probably did it for me and this location is the young lady who brought out my son’s Cupfection. She had THEEEEE WORST attitude ever. On top of her attitude, she didn’t even close the cup completely and casually walked off when I asked for napkins to wipe the outside of the cup off..which had more of the dessert than the inside. Not sure why she even served it to me like that The young man from the register came over and tightened the lid and wiped it clean for me… so kudos to him! But yeah… I think I’ll be visiting the one on Ashley from now on. Oh and btw.. onion rings should COME WITH dipping sauce and not be an extra cost That is all✌
