Story time: went into this subway to get lunch. Decided to sit inside and eat. When i went to get some ice from the ice machine. There was black mold growing inside of the ice machine. So i went to tell the purple haired girl (she didnt have a name tag) behind the counter about it. I said “hey, just so you know there is mold in your ice machine” her response was “oh we know. We dont really use that one and use the one in the drive through.” I stared at her confused and said, “well customers use this one?” She said “oh there isnt a sign on it?” To which i replied “no, there is not.” At that point i decided to just finish my lunch. Assuming she would put a sign up. I watched her stand around, mess with her phone, make a order for another customer all in about the 20 minutes i remained there. No sign was ever placed on the machine. They even sold another person a drink. Who got ice btw. (I informed them it was moldy) Then i left. Still no sign. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the machine in the drive through.

This subway is straight nasty, I got 3 sandwiches for my family here through the drive thru.. the worst part is finding a dead fly in my sandwich, then my brother got a mouth full of hair in his sandwich. we asked for them toasted and none of them were. Just a waste of money. never coming back. how can you be ok with serving someone bugs in their food.

Sat in the drive through behind 1 car for 10 minutes. When I finally got to where you order. The very nice girl said that she needed to finish up with a customer in front of me and she had a couple people inside. I waited 15 more minutes and finally left. When driving by the window, there were two workers and only two people inside absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back to the subway.

The drive thru REALLY needs a cover at the order box. I had to wait 10+ mins which I was fine with… But it was pouring rain into my car as I waited… And then ordered… Most places have a covering… The bread for my sandwich was flat and vegetables were old and soggy… Just not a great experience… 🙁 The employee who helped us was very sweet and fast tho 🙂

By far the worst subway I have been to in Eugene or Springfield. Girl said they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread after I watched her take 4 trays out. They had no American cheese, no tomatoes, no onions and only 2 bags of chips on the chip shelf. They had 4 people working and I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone helped me with only one person in front of me. The drive thru was completely empty. To make it even better the sad which I ordered, the bread was so stale it crumbled everywhere. Disgusting.

Great experience, we are from out of town and our sandwiches were made to perfection. The restaurant was clean and the prep was on point!!! Whoever opened this morning (jan 7, 2023) deserves a raise!!! He was amazing. So patient and attentive to detail. Prep on point!!! I wish I got his name to put in the review because he seriously deserves an award!

You need to understand the background first – Easter and we’re hungry. We order through the app, takes our order and payment, says everything is being made, just like I expected. Go to the drive through at the time they said it’s be ready, waited 10 minutes and no one responds. Drive around to the front doors, locked. Lights out. No sign as to what’s happening. App says my sandwiches are ready. It that’s impossible, so I call the store, no answer. Email and get a response telling me that they’re closed on Easter and corporate forgot to close the app. But no signs in the door?? A 30 second note would have been oh-so-helpful. General manager says I can come pick up my refund at my earliest convenience (so…couldn’t refund my card?!), so when I go down a few hours later, workers have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about. Long story short, had to come back AGAIN the next day to explain to yet another worker who had no idea what was going on and had to call general manager to get me my money.
