I don’t know who was working tonight (5:30pm 10/30/25) but that guy knows how to make a sandwich!! Best subway sandwich I have ever had thank you so much! And to top it off, I placed an online order and he had it promptly ready for me at the time I was scheduled to pick it up 10/10 service.

Never again will I buy from this Subway. It really sucks since the change in ownership. The subways have gone drastically downhill! I Ordered two sandwiches online on 17 August. I got home and not only was it not a half pound of meat. As I am a deli worker and sliced meat every day and know exactly what a half pound is. I got hard old bread and I also was not given all the things I had asked for on my sandwiches. I did not receive black olives, green bell peppers, or jalapeños, and the items I asked for more of like pickles I got 4 on a foot-long . I went online and Filled out the contact us information letting them know what the issue was. I waited a week still got no email or anyone contacting me about the problem. I called today at 1:30 and was told the manager would be in in about an hour and a half and they would give me a call back. Never got a call back, so I called them at 6:30pm. I talked to a lady her name was Aurora not very pleasant horrible customer Service. She told me all she could do is give me a coupon for 699 to buy a foot-long. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have coupons. Why would I need coupons? I already paid for something. I did not get what I ordered. she said, since there was nothing wrong with the meat portion, there’s nothing she could do, even though it was clearly not a half pound of meat. She also said that since it wasn’t their fault that they did not get their shipment of supplies in to make the sandwiches, they made it with what they had. If I would’ve been made aware. I would not of took the product Simple as that. Lady was rude and did nothing to fix the problem. Shame on you, SUBWAY® you’re gonna go out of business if you don’t fix your ways! Obviously there’s a lot of people not getting what they ordered when you go on here and look at the reviews. Do better Subway

Whenever I come into this location I’m always satisfied! I know my sandwich will be tasty lol! It’s nice and cool in there. I get hot easily so it’s nice to feel the A/C running even in winter! I see Jonnie mostly and they’re always super incredibly nice. Five stars!

This store is filthy. The glass was splashed with juices, vegs were mixed, lettuce changing to rust color. The sandwich had the crust peeling off because it was so dried out. She put the wrap right down on a glob of mustard so it was a mess. It was horrible and the customer service person was just as bad. Not a smile, no kindness, nada.

Took them 10 minutes to take my order in drive through. When I got my sandwich it wasn’t even what I ordered and just had bacon and 1 cheese slice I was already at work so I couldn’t go back. 🙁

I was ordering a sandwich and the lady helping me asked her supervisor to accommodate her by placing something where she could reach it. The supervisor started screaming at her and said she was bad at her job. If this how management treats their employees in front of five customers, I can’t imagine how he treats her when the store is empty. I will not support a restaurant that tolerates that kind of behavior

Story time: went into this subway to get lunch. Decided to sit inside and eat. When i went to get some ice from the ice machine. There was black mold growing inside of the ice machine. So i went to tell the purple haired girl (she didnt have a name tag) behind the counter about it. I said “hey, just so you know there is mold in your ice machine” her response was “oh we know. We dont really use that one and use the one in the drive through.” I stared at her confused and said, “well customers use this one?” She said “oh there isnt a sign on it?” To which i replied “no, there is not.” At that point i decided to just finish my lunch. Assuming she would put a sign up. I watched her stand around, mess with her phone, make a order for another customer all in about the 20 minutes i remained there. No sign was ever placed on the machine. They even sold another person a drink. Who got ice btw. (I informed them it was moldy) Then i left. Still no sign. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the machine in the drive through.

At least the restaurant was “clean”…. 1 person in the store means orders take 25+ minutes to get out the door. Staff is rude and probably shouldn’t be in customer service
