I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the manager, Miriam, and certain staff members during a recent visit.
After witnessing a customer legitimate a concern, I observed behavior that I found highly unprofessional, including staff members mocking customers following complaints. This behavior was displayed openly and in the presence of other customers, which is completely unacceptable and undermines basic standards of customer service.
Customers should feel respected and heard when voicing concerns, not ridiculed or dismissed. Allowing such conduct reflects poorly on management and the establishment as a whole.

I always have an issue here. Today was the peak of my patience. They messed up my order 3 times since they only gave part of my meal. The manager (I believe)girl pretending not to hear me until I raised my voice now demanding the rest of my order. I shouldn’t have to ask over 4 times to get something as easy as fries put in my bag. I was respectful until I wasn’t and that’s when they decided to do their job! I worked in fast food multiple times and I’ve never seen this low level of service before. If you’re reading this this I hope you know you’re terrible at your job and I don’t apologize for my rudeness!!!!!!

Place is not open yet large signs say it is open. When you arrive at the store you see that it is not open yet. This is not necessarily a bad thing if you are concerned with staying healthy. Watch the movie supersize me to get a better understanding. You can see the movie for free with ads YouTube. If you are hungry you might not be as pleased.

Great service. They have a lot of kiosks open for quick and easy ordering. We didn’t wait long at all for our food our food was nice and hot just the way we like it and they have the new freestyle soda machine. Which not only lets you order on the machine but directly from your phone without touching the stream as well.
With currently few choices to eat in the mall, less than 10, it’s great to have a Wendy’s like this that really cares about great food!

Racist!! I had a very bad experience today. The girl from Wendy’s pick up window kept silent after seeing my Asian name. She called out another customer’s name who stood next to me for pickup , and then she just gave me a eye contact to pick up the food and ignore me. I was so confused about that I should pick up the food or not. I was really confused, and this girl is also a minority. As a minority woman, thats not a right way to do this to another minority woman!!

Usually don’t review food court places…but had to make an exception for this one.
With the craziness of food court on a friday when schools are out…this Wendys was a blessing. Everyone was flocking toward Mr. Beast burger and Jolibee so we went to the Wendy’s kiosks…and although the screens weren’t as responsive…once we copleted our order, our food was out in 5 mins! The two soda machines there were also adequate.
You can usually expect most places to have a huge upcharge in the mall…but 20 nuggets, two large fries and teo large drinks was $20…given mall prices, that was a pleasant surprise.
