So incredibly hard to find with Google and the Mall maps. If only either had given directions to the food court. Google had us going up the elevator, then down the escalator. We finally asked a Girl Scout & her Mom whose directions got us there.

It wasn’t super busy and they were on it! Fast ordering, fast pickup, and overall smooth process. I got the grilled market salad (no cheese) and it never misses for me. Reliable. Consistent. Exactly what I needed!

So very popular! The fries are great, crunchy and golden. The chicken fil a burger was average, I found. The pickles were thin and lacked a punch, a little soggy too. The burger itself was dry as a whole and needed more, like sauce. I did add the chick fil a sauce halfway through and it definitely tastes better. Overall I would say try it if you’re within the vicinity but don’t go out of your way for it.

Only negative is that they open at 10am and don’t serve breakfast. Why don’t they serve breakfast? There was a line waiting for them to open. They have a new way of taking orders. Instead of going to the counter, there are cashiers at stations in front of the waiting area to take your order. It reminds me of a drive through but with pedestrians and inside of a mall. The food was hot and fresh as always. But at 10am I still would have liked breakfast.

Chick-fil-A in the US years ago used to be really good. This one here in Hawaii, the chicken McNuggets are small and dry, and the chicken in my deluxe sandwich was so skinny. Not a great taste, just not what I used to remember 10 years ago. The milkshakes here are ok, but for about the same amount of money, I would go to Häagen-Dazs across the court and have a way better vanilla shake

The trainee who took our order still had our order wrong though my wife said NUMBER 3 which is the Nuggets meals. Instead she gave us 2 orders of Chicken sandwich. Anyways people makes mistakes so its all good.

My mom was nice enough to pick us up lunch from here a couple of days ago. It was sadly,a very very Disappointing Meal. Apparently there are still long lines for this place (25 minute wait for my nephew ) but I honestly don’t understand what all the hype is about. I had the Mac and Cheese. It was mid tasting. I also had the Nuggets.They were small and very very DRY. F ratting. The worst part though and a HUGE NO NO for me personally was NO SAUCE. I couldn’t believe it. You wait that long, pay alot of money for your meal and I got NO SAUCE. Not even ketchup. Unbelievable. The inside of my nugget box says: “You had me at first Dip”. Bad choice of words. The only reason I didn’t give one Star ⭐️ was because my husband said his meal was ok and I happened to have a bottle of their Polynesian Sauce at home. If they had a peach bourbon based BBQ sauce, that would be nice too.

Gave Chick-fil-A another chance. This was the last. A Dry chicken sandwich. Nothing left for me to say. Got sauce this time which helped, but not enough to bring me back. Im glad they at least added peach flavored drinks even if its for a limited time.

Worth the wait!! Thank you for FINALLY bringing a Chick-Fil-A to Oahu!!! We arrived about 20 minutes before it opened at 10am, and didn’t have to wait long before we placed our order and received our food.
The chicken sandwich, just as juicy and flavorful as I remembered it being! The chicken nuggets with Polynesian Sauce was *chef’s kiss*, according to my wife.

Ordered for togo and it was busy but not that bad (around 4:30pm). Can’t imagine during lunch and dinner time.
Great and friendly services! Menu is simple. I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich and waffle fries. They were just how I had it in the mainland. Chicken meat is tender and the bun is soft.
4 stars because they didn’t include the original chick fil a sauce packages. I came for that. Disappointed but I just added the ranch that I also ordered and it turned out pretty good together.
