The woman working behind the counter acted like we had interrupted her personal conversation with someone and very rudely and abrasively addressed us with the worst customer service I have encountered in quite some time. We had our granddaughter with us so I calmly walked outside as to avoid any confrontation. Yes, the service was that bad!!! The lack of courtesy and respect for the consumer seems to be a serious issue at this location. I’ve never seen the same person there twice, which speaks directly to poor management. I refuse to continue utilizing this location and will take the time and effort to find a more customer service oriented Subway!

This was a new store that I tried since I was already in close proximity. Ìt is difficult to predict how busy a store will be, but this one seemed to be short-staffed. One of the two employees on duty seemed relatively new, and the crew seemed to have a different system than most Subway stores for making sandwiches and working the register. The problems I noticed were: The refrigerated area keeping the vegetables fresh was turned down so low that some of the container walls were frosted and some of the contents were frozen. Also, they were out of at least one condiment (pickles), and were not getting any more until mid week. (Would it be too much trouble to go to the grocery store literally next door and at least get a temporary supply?) Last, most of the items put into the sandwich were all far smaller quantity than most other similar brand stores I usually visit. (Perhaps the spinach, olive, and lettuce supplies were also getting critically low?) In the end, I took my sandwiches home and added my own pickles.

The last two times I have placed an online order, the older woman working didn’t have it ready on time. With the most recent visit on August 6, 2023, I placed an online order and it said it would be ready by 11:15am. When I got there at 11:20, the older woman was not aware I placed an online order because she didn’t get her system / receipt. She made it in front of me as I waited. However, I got my sandwiches (two footlongs) at 11:38am, way past when it was supposed to be ready.

There were several food items missing, pickles regular ham some of the fresh veg were half frozen against the containers. The crew were super friendly, apologetic and did the best they could.

I ordered a Cali footlong the meat tasted bad. I paid extra for garlic aioli and it wasn’t put on my sandwich. When I finally got my sandwich it was packed upside down so all the ingredients poured out. The bread was flat and had random holes in it from a bad cut job. I don’t normally write reviews but I paid 15 dollars for a sandwich I can’t even eat super disappointed.

Worst experience ever at any Subway! I was using my Amex, I asked if they take Amex, and he asked if Amex was a food stamp program?!? No, but what a rude question to ask. What if I was someone who was on food stamps?!?
