I won’t pile on. Just read the other reviews. I had a similar experience. I honestly just feel bad for the entire situation overall. Hopefully something changes. I ended up just leaving after I realized my online order made 30 minutes prior was not going to be made anytime soon. I’m hoping my online order gets donated to someone in need.

Ordered online because I had lost my voice, arrived 5 min ahead of the order ready time, I let them know I was here and they were out of one of the meats so I let them know I’d wait and just omit the ham, no prob. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching them prioritize walk-in guests, I got in line for another 10 min and asked again if it was ready and they said the ticket was left in the wrong spot. No apologies, complete disregard, won’t be returning. I’d recommend East Side Subs on Lombard or St John’s Deli & Grocery for a comparably priced sub and better service.

Real nice the sandwich artist was good, but needed help, he was only person on duty. The bottom bread was hard as a rock. Doesn’t due any good to complain to corporate, they promise to get back to you twice for same issue, but you never hear back at all. I contacted them 4-5 months on three occasions with no response at all

Disappointing! Terribly managed store! Twice in a row, weeks apart, the store was out of multiple items for my online orders. I only found out when I went to pick up the order. Also, one of my online orders had all three items made incorrectly, and found out once I was home. I reported the incorrect order and received a slap-in-the-face email basically saying they don’t know how that happened since they train their people well – that is laughable and the store needs better supply ordering/management. I love Subway but will not go back to this location! Subway corporate needs to check on this location and franchisee ownership.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean enough, out of a lot of ingredients and the lettuce bowls hadn’t been cleaned in a day for sure. You can do a lot better food wise for $11 in St. John’s, I’m only here to burn through an old gift card.

This subway is always out of stock. Food, drink even napkins. I feel so bad for the employees they have a hard job. But, they do great with what they got. Keep up the good work employees you deserve so much better.

Honestly the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to and will not return to, the entire store was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned in months. The counter and food prep area was complete filth and food did not seem like it was at a chilled temperature. The floors, glass and bathrooms are not something I wish to experience again, for a newer store I was very disappointed and clearly this is run by a absent franchisee.

Just left this location… only writing cause i feel i must warn you! They were out of almost everything, including bread options, cheeses, veggies, and even cookies! it seemed like they had not done anything all day. the boy who made my sandwich tried to wipe off excess mayo with his gloved finger, and then continue to make the sandwich with messy gloves…. he also stopped to touch every surface of the place mid sandwich making, and coming back to mine. not trying to be mean but feel like it had to be said. the place is filthy and feel some serious health code violations are taking place. we threw away our food as we took one bite and walked out the door sadly :(. also i thought learning to wrap the sandwich was part of sandwich making training!

They had zero bread today except flatbread. They hadn’t even put the bread in the oven until I was leaving. They were completely out of bread. They had no sign on the door indicating it. I stood in line for 3-5 minutes waiting for my turn. They had turned down an older couple standing in front of me saying they were out of bread. It took them that long to just tell them. Very rude to the older couple.
