I give it five stars because the employee of the graveyard shift was a super rad dude. He prepared our food awesome it was just the quality of it unfortunately all the veggies looked old and there was stuff on the ground and tables were all messed up and chairs not pushed in and it just needed to be swept.

There are lots of nice people working here, and I’ve come back many times. Unfortunately, the older gentleman making my food today was clearly drunk or otherwise intoxicated. Stumbling, making inappropriate conversation, and murmuring profanities. I’m also in the food industry, and am familiar with the alcoholism within in, but I’ve never seen someone working the line so intoxicated. I’m leaving the review because it’s dangerous for him to be in the kitchen like that, and he was clearly making his coworkers very uncomfortable. I hope they don’t have to work alone with him, and that he’s getting help somewhere.

The food is good, but they hire bad people. My boyfriend and I have been cussed out twice by two different workers, one who has complaints listed here already and who did get fired for being repeatedly rude to customers, and one today.

Pretty sure this is the best Subway location in all of downtown. The staff is great, I know that much. Seems as if every time I go in Billy handles my order. The guy can cut a great tasting sandwich. I don’t even bother with my order and tell him to dress it as he would if was gonna take it home and eat it. Like I said, that location, its staff, all of it is pretty cool. The store is always clean and that makes me want to come back again and again but Billy can dress a sandwich for sure. I have been eating Subway for 20+ years. Great Subway right next to campus. Open all night.

Terrible every time I’ve ordered. They always mess up what I want on my sandwiches. We always end up getting both sandwiches with the same thing on them. Don’t expect to get what you want.

to be honest, i didnt get any food from here. right as i walked in, i overheard one of the workers being extremely rude to a customer while serving them, making passive aggressive comments and muttering under his breath because they wanted extra meat. tall overweight guy with long-ish hair, baseball cap and nirvana tshirt. as a customer service worker myself i was appalled, i know the job can be difficult and frustrating but there is no excuse for speaking to someone that way. i walked out before i ordered as i didn’t want him insulting me for my food choices.

So, I drive truck and have heavy work clothes. I decided to wear them as I walked town in the cold. But the guy working in here was so judgmental from the moment I stepped in, not friendly, He looked at me and started looking for the sign that said no loitering. It was so bad that he asked me if I still wanted the extra cheese I ordered when he told me it costs extra. Like, are you serious bro? This place needs to do a better job of training their staff. Employers can help society be better people. I think this location might want to work on that.
