8/20/25 – I stopped by since I hadn’t been here in a really long time. I bought their $20 Meal. The chicken & mashed potatoes were good BUT there wedged looked like they were left over from a week ago. They were sooo grose! I should have look at my order before I drove away.

I am a well known Google reviewer, and unfortunately my experience at this KFC location was extremely disappointing. I ordered through the drive through, and almost everything we received was cold and very dry. There was barely any softness to the food. This applied to both my meal and my friend’s meal, which I paid for.
To make matters worse, we were not given any utensils at all, including for the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was actually the only item that felt warm and somewhat edible, but we had to go to a completely different restaurant just to get utensils so we could eat it.
On top of that, the food was extremely salty for some reason. We ordered multiple items, and nearly every aspect of the experience was bad. Cold food, dry texture, missing utensils, and poor overall quality.
Overall, there are just too many issues at this location. I would strongly recommend staying away.

Great service and fresh food!
Stopped by this KFC and was really impressed. The customer service was friendly and quick everyone seemed like they actually cared about getting orders right. My food came out fast, piping hot, and fresh like it just came out of the fryer. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the place was clean too. Definitely one of the better KFC locations around!

Most KFCs get u in and out and the workers seem to hate their job. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was so friendly and it just made it such a different experience. Well maintained restaurant and the food was BOMB. This is my favorite KFC in Sac!

I paid $44 for trash and the people are rude when you call to let them know. I asked for hot fresh chicken I would wait and they serve me old cold hard chicken. Completely disappointed it was gross.

I had such a great experience at this KFC! The food was fresh, flavorful, and just the way I remembered it—crispy chicken, tasty sides, and everything served hot. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, which makes it even better. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. Service was fast, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, which made dining here even more enjoyable. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

the lady told me i had to clean my own table and when i asked for the bathroom the indian lady with glasses in the front told me to go next door to the grocery store and use it.
i will not be returning its the first time ever that ive had to clean my own table and been sent elsewhere to use the bathroom… the girls name was Mahima, and when other customers came in they WERE given the bathroom code and allowed to use it. my husband spoke to the manager who apologized but still that was extremely rude
