Needed a quick lunch. Ordered on the app. It was a 27 minute wait just for a 6’ sub lunch. I arrived at the restaurant at the drive through and pushed the button…and waited….and waited….pushed the button again….wait….wait…push again….after 10 minutes I parked and went inside. It was a normal busy. 2 people waiting one picking up. Lady behind the counter is taking her time. I can see my food waiting by the drive through window. After 5 minutes inside it’s finally my turn at the counter. I say may I have my pick up order please; Ive been waiting 10 minutes in the drive through. They have the nerve to ask if I rang and buzzer…aaaaa ya 3 time….she just taps her headset and said “no you didn’t “ “I would have heard it”. I would like my food please can you just get it for me? “What’s your name” “Elizabeth “…..she goes and picks up my order and stares at it a good 30 seconds and slowly approaches the counter…”could it be Beth? “ OMG…yes lady…Beth is short for Elizabeth…may I have my food please? “She rolls her eyes and scoffs at me…then as Im leaving her coworker (both women in at least their 50’s) get snarky and says “you have a really nice day, thanks for coming in…God Bless” dripping with sarcasm. Thinking she being cute and putting on a little show for the rest of the customers. This is the 3 and last time I will go to THIS subway. They are slow rude and they make the skimpiest sandwiches of any Subway I have ever eaten in. My sandwich was actually smaller then the bag of chip. Save your time money patience and stomach …go across the street to Mc D’s.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. The customer service was poor. The quality of the product was poor. I think she was the owner but not sure, she made our sandwiches wrong. First she added sauce to a VERY expensive ($17 footlong) steak and cheese when we didn’t want any and wouldn’t fix it. Then she made my subway club and didn’t even add the correct amount of meat but I’m paying for what is on the menu! Meat x2! The attitude of the lady at the register was unprofessional. Try to avoid this place if possible. They are ripping people off and don’t care.

I have had trouble in the past with online ordering so decided today July 25, 2023 to go inside and watch them make the sandwich and they still $&@!ed it up. It’s hard to expect much out of a business owned and ran by tillamook residents but for crying out loud. Also total should have been $17.98 and I was charged $25.95. Do you yourself a favor and just find something to eat in the dumpster behind Lin’s restaurant.

Went through drive through they said wait one moment and never came back. Tried repulling through and was ignored. Tried to call the store to order since i am unable to leave the car and they didnt answer. Id give no stars if i could there was no service to review. I really hope the owner or manager sees this and reviews The footage to see how blatantly I was ignored.

We submitted our order online, got a call they don’t supply what we ordered anymore. Okay. We got just a veggie sub. Open it up later, wrong cheese (I ordered provolone, was given American which I hate!), missing ingredients…and when I say missing ingredients, I mean there was basically nothing in it except a good amount of mayo. Disappointed and this was gross. I thought since my order couldn’t be completed, maybe the sandwich would have little more care put into it….but all I got was bread.
