We ordered a giant sandwich and wrap and paid $7 for extra bacon. We got the food delivered, low and behold there’s no bacon on it. So I call it in, mistakes happen I understand, but it’s the call in that is why I’m making this review. The lady on phone asked us if we checked in between all the meat and if we just missed the bacon. No. We paid for extra bacon. If it’s possible for us to miss it that would be crazy. But we had already done that with both pieces of the giant. She then said, well we’re gonna need that sandwich back. Returning the sandwich is no problem, that’s pretty standard. But the way she talked made it seem like she didn’t believe us and couldn’t be bothered to help. It was as if she thought we were lying and just trying to get a free sandwich. And then we had to wait twice as long to get the remake compared to getting it when we first ordered. It’s just frustrating, acting like we’re lying and then we waited a long time to get the correct one. No apologies or anything.

This is normally one of my favorite places to eat but today was not a pleasant experience. The sandwich I normally ordered tasted awful I didn’t even finish he second half. The bread was stale, the lettuce was old if it wasn’t for the BBQ chips masking the taste of old food I would have thrown it all away.

Went to Jimmy John’s today in Pekin, I tried the New Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. The sandwich is so good I could not stop until it was gone. This is by far the best Jimmy John’s sandwich they have on the menu.

Ordered to roast beef on wheat bread, extra meat, one with cheese only, one with ” no” cheese, tomato only. What did I get?2 roast beef on wheat,with cheese- lettuce – tomato, and mayo. The girl that took my order seems confused, she kept repeating the wrong order, finally, I repeated my order very show, thinking her got it right, I called after the order got here, and what was I asked,?? Do you want credit, Hell No we are hungry now, not some other time, it took them 27 min to bring the wrong order, so I expect to wait an hour this time!!!!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a #4 Turkey Tom with avocado. The turkey was tasteless, the avocado could not be found, and the sandwich was mostly lettuce. The entire sandwich was a huge disappointment.The only thing worth eating was the bread; at least it was fresh.

I call Jimmy John’s on the spur of the moment when I need boxed lunches for jurors at our courthouse. Chelsy always takes care of me very well and somehow pulls it together on short notice and makes everyone happy with their delicious boxed lunch. I couldn’t do this without her help and the employees. Good food at a reasonable price. Thumbs up you guys!!!!
