I live in Sherwood and go to the subway in Tualatin. I feel like I’m really bothering these people by going to the Sherwood one. Why work at a place you hate? Why work with people if you hate them? I don’t understand why an owner or manager would want their business to close, but that’s clearly the case here! They are trying super hard to lose customers! Lost 2 of us just last week. They be like, “mostly we have complaints and one star reviews. Guess we’re doing alright!”.

We ordered 3 footlong Meatball subs and each chose different toppings for each of our Subs. We each chose to have them toasted. Good thing we did, because by the time we drove three minutes back to my daughter’s apartment the meatballs were cold. Makes me wonder if the meatball warmer was not working properly? Because they should have been hot still considering they each went into the oven to be toasted. We were able to walk right in and be helped as it was just the employees and us.

Seems to always close early without any signage or prior warning. Every time I’ve come here past 8pm they’ve been closed. Their signs and online says they’re open until 9. Other than that, no complaints. When they are actually open the employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always great. This would be a 5 star rating if I hadn’t so frequently the experience of showing up during business hours to find them shut down.

I was waiting to order when they asked the women behind me what she wanted. The sandwich my friends got where horrible. One had cold bread the other had so much mayo and ranch she couldn’t eat it. The excuse on their end was she couldn’t hear when My other friend asked for Gluten-free bread and they pulled out a multi grain loaf. They looked at her like she was insane..

Came in to pick up my online order as scheduled. I was greeted by the man starting a sandwich that he was making an online order and it would be a few minutes. I let him know that I was there to pick up an online order and he confirmed he was making it for my order. I had to wait and extra 14 minutes for him to make one sandwich while two other workers made sandwiches and checked the person that came in after me out. I asked a worker that appeared to be leaving with her sandwich if they were aware of the scheduled pick up time for an online order and she told me “No”. I let her know that my sandwich was supposed to be ready at 2pm and she said nothing. This was a lie because pick up time is printed on the receipt. Terrible service. I won’t be going back. They don’t seem to care or know what they are doing.

Today my experience was terrible. Ordered sandwiches ahead of time, app said they’d be ready at 1:15. Got to the store at 1:25 and nothing was ready. The person making our sandwiches then kept stopping to make walk-in orders while we waited, in the store, for our online order to be ready. Once we arrived into the store, we should have been the first priority – not others as they came into the store after us. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if nothing will be ready and my order keeps being put aside to take care of others?

I am sorry for the young lady by herself at 12:30 (noon). Many customers waiting too long. A call in customer was told 15 minutes more. He was upset because he had called it in 30 minutes prior. She hurried so much that the sandwiches were not really finished. She also had to tend the cash register. The manager or owner of this location should be replaced.
