Our server 10 out of 10 the prices weren’t even that bad. But let me explain one they charge a fee to pay with a card, mind you I didn’t see anything posted saying there is a convenience fee then they automatically give you chips and salsa and slide that charge on your ticket as well. The BBB will be contacted and informed of the situation . As for the sappy post from your high school teacher made for your business maybe she remembers how you use to treat your business. You want local business but want to treat us like tourist. I remember eating here frequently. I now remember why we stopped eating at this establishment!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time!!! They’re service is fast and friendly. My first visit I was upset. I got home and saw one of the items I’d ordered wasn’t there. I called and they offered me a refund, no problem, no attitude or anything. Before putting it in the fridge to return to them the following day, I ate a few bites to take my medication before bed. After that first bite I was hooked!! When I got there, I was greeted by the same cashier, a server and a manager. They immediately took the bag and I informed him I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the food replaced. In NO TIME, the manager returned with food in hand. He opened each box and made sure everything was correct and I was pleased. Having food service experience, I know ALL restaurants make mistakes. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about what you do to repair the situation. I can honestly say, I was EXTREMELY satisfied!!! Not only with the food but the polite and respectful manner in which they fixed the situation!! Old Mexico will DEFINITELY be MY CHOICE ANYTIME I have Mexican for lunch/dinner!!! Their staff is absolutely WONDERFUL and the food, OMG the food is AMAZING!!! I ordered the “E” on the menu and it was “lick the bowl clean” good!! Given time, I do plan to try most everything else!! Don’t settle for Taco hell, make it to Old Mexico Heaven!!!

I’ve been there in person and is not so bad and good price, but this time I ordered delivery and the guacamole looked disgusting. I recommend putting the guacamole and sour cream in a separate container the heat could’ve done this.

Great food poor service. The food was very very good but we sat around for about half an hour waiting to get a box and never got our ticket. You have to go to the front desk apparently and they automatically charge for tip it seems. Would recommend, but you have to ask extra nicely for clarity. Also the seats aren’t very comfortable but made in the style that fits the restaurant though.

Not a single person besides our family in the building, but after waiting 15 minutes nobody came back to take our order. Said they didn’t have alcohol (lost their license). Halfway finished our sodas and decided to leave due to a sketchy feeling from the empty restaurant and waiting so long and they charged us $12 for 3 half drank drinks. Owner/manager rude.

Me and my family love this place I decided to order the nachos this time .the chicken was all dry and chewy so brought it to the owner and asked if I could get something different he said I would have to pay for the nachos as well cause the shrimp are expensive . After this I will never eat there again
