Worst sandwiches we’ve ever ordered. Spent $42 on an online order, none of the sandwiches had what we ordered on them. The toppings we did receive were VERY skimpy and some of the vegetables on the sandwiches literally looked as if they were picked up off of the floor. Paid for extra cheese, received half the regular amount of cheese. Paid for avacado and didn’t get it. No mayo or mustard but all sandwiches had some type sweet sauce on them, not sure what it was. Tried to call to correct the order but nobody answered. Ended up having to throw out most of 5 sandwiches…

Walked in, waited about three minutes, and was saddened to see just a single sandwich artist having to deal with a four sandwich order on their own. I was more than willing to wait for service, but once I noticed just how dirty the stations behind the counter were… I just had to leave. I cannot in good conscious support a business that is pushing their employees so hard, until business reflects how short staffed they are… Things will not change. I know how fast service works, and I know that to be an absolute truth.

Didn’t want to serve me because I walked in 2 minutes before close, didn’t realize the time but noticed 4 people in line. Took awhile to get my toddle to sleep and was just really hungry. It’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Wow! The best experience I’ve had at a Subway! Zac helped us and he was amazing! He asked exactly what we wanted and made sure our sandwich was completely to our liking. Horrible customer service. The ladies are rude when answering a question. They had an issue with adding more lettuce & spinach (only ingredients) to my sandwich. When asking about rewards, they were clueless & cut me short by telling me my pride of the Sandwhich. Go to a different location

I ordered a Subway Club salad, as I have done numerous times over the past 4 years. Nothing was chopped or cut as it had been in the past. I asked the male server about it. He said they stopped doing that; they are just to layer it on. How are you supposed to eat a salad with full slabs of meat? Fortunately, I took it home for dinner and was able to chop it there. But that missed the whole point of getting an already made salad. Also, the bowls are easily 1/3 of the size they used to be. They ran out of tomatoes at the beginning of dinner time. And they still charge more to get a salad. Extremely disappointed!!

Waited an hour for an online order because an employee ‘accidentally’ skipped our online order – or “thought he did” earlier, but he brushed it off. I literally waited in store for an hour, while they helped EVERY PERSON who walked through the door BEFORE they finally made my sandwich.

This is a great Subway. Most of the employees are young adults and all are very kind. The key is communication. If you see your sandwich being made incorrectly, speak up! These kids show up even when they are short staffed- give grace, especially for a sandwich.
