Terrible fish don’t get any. Spicy ? They sprinkle some chili or rep pepper on fish & vegs. My fish looks kinda raw the white spots also . This picture was taking within 10 mins after order. Look my vegs on it

They failed to return my card in the drive through. I had to go inside to retrieve it. Then I find an additional $10.60 charge on it. So they swiped my card for somone else’s meal. Real nice.

This one of the worst fast food experiences I ever had it took us over 30 minutes to get our food, we had only one car in front of us the entire time nobody else was in line , then when we got home I took a bite of my fish and it was raw in the middle of it and I just checked my other fish sandwich it was raw in the middle also , seriously what the hell Is wrong with your kitchen ?! it took that long to get the food and you still couldn’t make sure it was cooked properly , then my brother they put very any ham on his ham and Swiss melts and the ham was over cooked and it was hard . So obviously whoever running that kitchen tonight don’t have a slightest idea what they’re doing . I’m probably never coming here again , I’m never seen a fast food took so long before and the food still wasn’t cooked properly that’s definitely a first and I’m taking about the fish . Oh yeah before I forget the cashier wasn’t even sure she give us the right food lol she just handed the bag and told us to check it out because she wasn’t sure if it was the right food or not which confused me because again the only person in the drive thru line was the guy in front of us and still no one was behind us, so we’re the only ones in the line when she said that.

Need to focus more on quality. Employees are the heart of any company. Customers will gladly go elsewhere if their money is not appreciated. They gave me the wrong fries than cold ones. They did make some fresh fries but why not make them fresh from the start. Most people don’t mind waiting for quality. Did I mention I had already been waiting before they gave me the wrong fries.
