The last 3 times I’ve picked up a mobile order it has been completely wrong. The wrong sauces were put on all 3 sanwiches and they were all half-ass thrown together. Even the cheese dipper was completely messed up and not even toasted

Very Rude employees. Bad service. First off we thought we were being helped but were suddenly told “I’m Sorry I’m doing a take out order that someone would be with us shortly. Waited and waited. We asked for fresh ingredients (lettuce, spinach) because these were at the bottom of the pan. We were rudely told these are fresh as they are put out fresh every morning when they open. This was at 2:00pm. We payed for our order and being so distraught about our experience that after leaving found were were shorted $2.50 in change. Will never go back to this subway or any other subway. They have just gone downhill and are not good or fresh in anyway.

We frequent this Subway but it’s been probably a month since we’ve ordered. Last time the oven was out. Our rotisserie Chicken sandwich with grated cheese is just not good at all cold. So we waited. We went back today. As always, Connor was polite and fast. But the oven was STILL out!! We were shocked. Connor was extremely apologetic. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers’ disappointment. The owners are lucky to have him. I hope they fix the stupid oven, so we can visit as often as we used to.

Refreshingly clean seating area, with just one (quite new) employee working. She was quite busy with online orders, but clearly she made time to stay up on cleaning duties. She maintained her friendly demeanor throughout. Sorry we didn’t catch her name, because she deserves to be recognized, especially being such a new employee!

The guy working this afternoon 3/24 was super chill and he had a great attitude. He made sandwiches fast, but very well.
Bf asked for not a lot of sauce on his meatball sub and he did it perfectly.
The store was very clean, a couple had just left from dining inside and left a bunch of crumbs on the floor but it looked like shift change was about to happen and it was picking up. But other than that it was already really clean. The veggies were full and looked fresh. My sandwich was really yummy. I’d go back to this location for sure.

Worst food/experience…. placed a online order, first and last time doing that… subs were dry as a popcorn fart… everything was skimpy… all amounts of meats, cheese and condiments were ordered as extra. You need to be there to babysit these kids who are making your food.. and they want better wages and tips?

Came in around 8:00pm on 08/19/2024 ordered 4 of the footlongs. All sandwiches were done wrong it was an online order. We ordered herbs and cheese bread got regular bread ordered toasted and it wasn’t toasted it was the bacon cheddar ranch sandwiches with American cheese. None of the cheese was melted and it was all shredded cheddar cheese. First time ordering probably the last. Kinda sucks when you live far and can’t go back when your sandwiches are done wrong.

Unbelievable delicious! Subway has really upped their game. The Meatball Marinara is my favorite. With green peppers, olives, cucumbers, and extra yummy sauce. I also love the ham and cheese, on herb Italian cheese bread, toasted. The staff is so friendly. Always kind and polite. I tip them a couple of dollars because they are so good. Keep up the good work, Subway.
