Rude customer service, the girl making the sandwich had a bad attitude. I placed an order online for two foot longs and noted on the order “double toasted for both”. As i got there early and placed an order from my car, I asked the girl, if she needs help I can tell her it might be easier for her to make. Her reply was I have the receipt and I can read. As I stood there and watched her put sauce on the sub without toasting them. I said, can you please check the order, i put a note for double for both. She says it’s only for one when on the receipt it says on the comments clearly. Please verify the order # 27C9823E-94. She then toasted with the sauce and cheese which made the sandwich tasted very nasty. When I asked why the sauce first as I have never seen anyone in year of eating subway, she said. I work here and I know my job. I replied, I have never seen anyone put the sauce on cheese (mayo and sweet onion sauce) first and i do not like my sandwich like that.

First of all the place is a mess and was kinda dirty. But the thing I can’t stress enough was the fact that I ordered a “toasted” sandwich and they put it in the toaster for 3 seconds and took it out. Like what? You don’t know how to toast a subway sandwich? As you can see in the picture they did a horrible job assembling the sandwiches and toasting it. I wanted the cheese melted why would I ask for toast if it’s not melted. The workers working there was also very questionable. One guy kept putting the wrong ingredients cause he “heard wrong”. My friend would order some tomatoes and he would put mayo on the sandwich. Like what? If you didn’t hear properly ask again. And another employee just didn’t listen and looked like she dozed off when I was ordering. The sandwich also didn’t have the sticker to seal the sandwich, so it fell it apart in the bag and I had resamble it. I am a big subway fan and to see this ,is very disappointing , please do a better job of training

Subway is one my favorite and to go place but I am giving this one 2 stars not because of service over but because of Subway it self. There was a huge que and only one person was working and plus he had to make those online ordered sandwiches. This poor fellow was so busy and working and working. There were no help for him which cost us time. Subway managers please put more people in your outlets.

Very bad experience. Badly made subs and also poorly packed. We ordered 4 foot longs and asked for them to be packed in separately as 2 6 inch subs. The lady charged us for 8, 6 inches instead of 4 foot longs which is almost double the price. Very unprofessional and bad service. Wouldn’t go here again.

2nd time in three weeks that ive come here. i have worked at restaurants for 8 years. none of the employees were wearing gloves (covid times) and then handling my food….they were extremely rude, they got my order wrong both times i went there. their masks didnt even cover their noses, my “toasted” sub was just warmed up for 10 seconds. they seemed annoyed at the fact that i even entered the building. if that was the restaurant i worked at, i would have been fired the same day. you need a new night shift because that experience was garbage. the fact that those guys are employed is astonishing. i miss the old crew, these guys suck and are rude while doing so. as a local who loves subway, im definitely not coming back

Very rude customer service, treated me and my family badly. Nice to others but gave us attitude and then started arguing with my sister. Fix your customer service please. Horrible experience. Maybe mad because of our huge family of 10. Also discrimination..we’re Mexicans and treated others who are not Hispanic with good manners.
