Very disappointed finding a female manager. Picking up the slushy cups by putting your fingers inside the lids. Complete they against health regulations, ignoring customers, 2 trays full on the carts. Probably a couple dozen picked up everyone by sticking her, fingers inside of the cups with the ice.

This was our first time to this location. It was clean, fast and friendly. Patty was cold on both burgers. Otherwise, everything was good. The parking is a little dodgy. The restroom was clean. Also one of the soda machines were broken. The cashier understood my order clearly. Give it a B.

Unprofessional experience. While in the middle of ordering, after being asked if I was ready to order, I was rudely interrupted and made to wait, no “sorry” or “give me one minute, ill be with you” ect. When I got to the window to pay, my card declined and instead of asking for another form of payment, the employee started loudly “tHiS cArD kEePs dEcLiNiNg ” OLD FRIES, obviously been sitting out and reheated. Based on 1 visit (and likely no more): my chicken waffle sandwich was cold and weird texture / gristle and small, and the fries are meh. The food in general in the combo meals is way too expensive for the quality and size. The service was okay to good, for fast food.

16Apr23 at 3:15+ Worker/Hispanic (I went in after drive thru) had lots of loose hairs/red-ish exposed in the back of her hat, loosely flopping around. I got one of her hairs in my burger. I was going to say something, but the manager was already being rude to another guest (couple). Not worth my time, just not going to eat here again.

They are sooo clean and they have ramps for wheelchairs and handicap parking and there food always taste wonderful. I love there kids meals and also they have these wonderful allstar box of food that cost $5-$7 and are so worth it because they come with fries drink and cookie and burger or 3 handbreaded chicken stripes. Well be going back here again. They have lots of chooses for soda. The table booths have plug-ins and they have high chairs for the lil kids.
