Employees are very poor workers with zero respect. For the price one can eat anywhere in town. Never ever eat here! Please do not allow this horrible establishment to succeed in North Lake Tahoe. I will absolutely never be back and will happily voice the same opinion to anyone who asks. Taco Bell stepped their game up where as Subway did not after their long closure.

Unfortunately the food is actually good, can’t lie about that, it’s the only reason I come back but the service and the wait time is CRAZY bad. I don’t recommend ordering online because they’ve never been on time, even when the restaurant is completely empty they still don’t start until you arrive so just ignore the estimated time the app gives you. It’ll usually be at least a half hour late or so. The employees are decent, and sorta nice sometimes but very very slow and lazy in general.

Service is so slow and there was only 4 people in line. Took awhile just to make 4 simple sandwiches. I guess considering that both workers kept ditching the sandwiches and talk to each other in their own Arabic language and sit there and just laugh.

They r finally open! Wish they weren’t tho….then I wouldn’t have stopped in and got attitude from the young lady working or a horribly soggy toasted sub. The whole experience was lame. The girl working seemed irritated when I asked to have my sub toasted longer. Then she seemed even more irritated when I asked for a bag for my footlong sub bag of chips and side of dressing. She couldn’t even b bothered to fully wrap my sub up before she tossed the bag at me. Great, I’ll just finish doing her job. Worst customer experience. Oh yeah, the sub isn’t good either. Like I said soggy toasted sub….how does that even happen. They should’ve just stayed closed for the summer season too if they can’t do the one thing they r supposed to b good at, subs

All the ingredients were old and gross looking. I probably would have gotten sick if I tried to eat it. Decided instead to just leave and not buy the sandwich. The hours were also wrong. Said they were closed at 4pm but actually still open at 6:50PM. I don’t think the owner is really trying to make money

They just set the record for the longest time to make a sub ever. I could’ve driven the 223 miles that it takes to get back home, made a sandwich, and driven back in the time that it took them to make one sandwich. Baffling.

My age didn’t matter here enough as well as two employees didn’t seem like a lot of experienced employees working there.

Food was the normal Subway quality. The 2 guys working behind the counter carried on a conversation in a foreign language (possibly Farsi) the entire time that one of them took our order and made our subs. We found them very rude.

The absolute nicest guy helped us today, white hair great smile and even greater personality. Just in town for a hike and he made our day. Thanks so much for being awesome!

The food was very dry, and I can’t stand the smell of the place inside. I love Port a sub.
