Went there today for the daily $7.99 special for a meatball sub, chips and a drink. It is Monday and that is the listed special. Told it is not available. Asked why was told it’s not available. Bought a cold cut sandwich for $8.99. If this is truly a Subway franchise they should honor the daily special advertisements. Very disappointed with the service and attitude. Suggest going somewhere else they have list and future business from me!

the food is average and the worker was like he didn’t want to be there. when asked about the discount meal of the day he just made some random sound and lifted up his hand so slightly towards the sign board. then, he was like do your want it in such a low volume my dad was like huh?? huh?? like at least thrice and even i had to listen ever so carefully to hear that question and he didn’t ask what bread we wanted.

food was still ok, average, but the vegetables did not look the freshest. the tables were not the cleanest too, some bread crumbs here and there, thankfully still found a rather clean table. toilet was very dim and looked run down but still rather clean and everything was in working condition. service was quite terrible, he would always be behind at the kitchen and when we ask him questions he replies very softly and seemed like he didn’t want to be working here.

Terrible service. Scary looking vegetables. The man working the counter came out after a couple of minutes of me standing there and gave me the dirtiest look the entire time he made my sandwich. They should probably close this place down. It looks dirty and unsanitary. Kings Beach deserves better.

One of the Worst Subway experience ever. I can see why it has low reviews. Barely put any Sweet Onion sauce and Mayo,,I had to ask him 4 times to add more and gave me a look. “like chill bro ill pay extra if i have to.” Its the attitude that he had. I didn’t tip anything and he seemed upset. But can u blame me?

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway shop that I feel compelled to share.
Cleanliness was appalling. Every table was dirty, many still had trash and leftover food on them, and one was literally covered in ants. The floor was filthy as well. It’s unacceptable for any food establishment to be in this condition.
When I politely brought this to the attention of the two staff members, they didn’t even acknowledge my complaint—just stared at me. One of them appeared to be the manager, as she was giving orders to the other staff member but made no effort to help or address the situation herself. Even as the line grew to eight people, she stood behind the counter doing nothing, staring at her phone. Meanwhile, the only working staff member was clearly overwhelmed.
The complete lack of cleanliness and customer service made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before eating here.

They r finally open! Wish they weren’t tho….then I wouldn’t have stopped in and got attitude from the young lady working or a horribly soggy toasted sub. The whole experience was lame. The girl working seemed irritated when I asked to have my sub toasted longer. Then she seemed even more irritated when I asked for a bag for my footlong sub bag of chips and side of dressing. She couldn’t even b bothered to fully wrap my sub up before she tossed the bag at me. Great, I’ll just finish doing her job. Worst customer experience. Oh yeah, the sub isn’t good either. Like I said soggy toasted sub….how does that even happen. They should’ve just stayed closed for the summer season too if they can’t do the one thing they r supposed to b good at, subs

The sandwiches were great but this is absolutely DIRTIEST Subway I have ever been to. Didn’t have that many ingredients and didn’t put much meat on the subs. Cookies were stale as well. All the syrups were out on the soda machine but it was actually disgusting in there. We chose one sitting area but it had ants and we informed the owner and all he said was I know we chose the benches and there was soooo many crumbs, debris. And trash. It’s a shame because if they kept it in better condition, it would probably get more business; the area has a lot of foot traffic. To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a dozen heath violations in there.

Visited this place while visiting incline village. Inside atmosphere smelled bad with water pouring out of the soda refill station. Restrooms are horrible. Food is good though he messed the order.
