Let’s start off by saying the atmosphere here is very clean.
The staff is very attentive, helpful, and friendly, and the food quality is really good.
I had the shrimp pho(small size) — perfect portion if you’re not trying to eat a lot. The chicken pho (small) was also solid. The garlic fried rice was a standout; you get a nice crunch with every bite, something different but definitely very good.
I also tried the plain chicken wings — very good, served hot, juicy, and flavorful. The popcorn shrimp came in a good-sized portion, though nothing extraordinary.
Overall, this place is very good. I will return.
It’s not a “wow” spot, but it is good, consistent, and worth trying for yourself.

Best pho in Visalia! The beef broth is rich, aromatic, and comforting. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for amazing authentic Vietnamese food!!

Found about this neat lil Pho restaurant from a vendor friend and had seen it a few time on Instagram and decided to come check it out. Haha the atmosphere is pretty chill and modern with asian ascetic and the Pho prices and taste was pretty spot on good too! My only nit-pick about it now is the bowl size of the Large… imo it’s seems a bit small for a large size bowl… and more like a medium size rathan then a large size. But besides that everything was pretty good and cozy good vibes chill.

A hidden gem in a stripped mall next to the Foodmaxx in Visalia and a nice lunch stop to and from the Sequoia National Park. The pho noodle soups were tasty and has a great blend of savory, spicy, sour and umami flavors, especially the spicy beef pho with beef short ribs. The passion fruit drink was good as well. Service was very friendly and helpful. The entire restaurant was kept very clean. Price was very reasonable.

The space is clean and service was good. I ordered the garlic fried rice with the fish sauce wings as recommended on the menu which I really enjoyed. Also enjoyed the complimentary soup (pho broth with veggies). Will come back.

This was our first time coming here and it exceeded our expectations. The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing. We tried the chicken wings, pork spring rolls, garlic fried rice, and the chicken rice plate, and every dish was packed with flavor. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Very delicious food. We got the pho, the broth was pure , beefy, creamy and not salty. The bon Bo hue was delicious and flavorful. Springroll pork was full of flavor, rich and sweet. Coffee is strong and bitter.
