The best restaurant in Lexington & surrounding cities. We make the drive from Georgetown several times a week because there isn’t any food around as fresh & authentic. The atmosphere and service puts it over the top. It’s also extremely versatile- you will find entire families, romantic couples & foreigners alike!

What a beautiful restaurant! Just entering this location makes you feel like you’re tucked away in the cutest garden. The property is classically landscaped and really pretty. The restaurant is large and spacious with a sushi bar and seating to the right of the entryway and sit-down dining to the left. It did not take long to get seated and our wait-staff was very attentive to our needs. I enjoyed the spicy tuna roll and ordered a pork dish for dinner. Loved the gizzards too! These were perfectly cleaned and seasoned. We also ordered the dumplings as an appetizer and they went fast. There is a decent select of adult beverages to accompany dinner here. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Lexington.

Despite being packed and having to wait a bit, service was great! And that BROTH! Both the tonkatsu ramen and niku udon were amazing. We also had the veggie tempura and it was light and crispy.

So it was very packed and we went for my birthday without a reservation. It was 2 of us and were sat within 5 mins. We got 2 cocktails. They were amazing by the way. His was a grape and mine was lychee I think. Both taste like candy could have drank 13 of them. Then we got 2 appetizers. I got the duck and he got the wings. Both were good. I think I like my duck cooked to a different temperature than what they gave me but still good. Then he got a beer. Huge by the way. I got a bottle of sake. After that our meals came out. Mine came with soup as well as rice in addition to my meal. Easily food 10/10 restaurant. Service 20/20 everything was amazing.

The food was incredible and delicious. The sushi is made fresh and served with wasabi and ginger to put if you want. The ramen is also made at the time you ask for it and is brought warm. The people there are kind and friendly and would make sure that you have everything going great.

Tachibana had a great variety on their menu. We really loved the sushi menu especially the negi-toro roll (definitely the favorite of the night). We also got the salmon carpaccio as an appetizer which was different from what other Japanese restaurant in the area served. Theirs has cheese on it which was unique and delicious. The entrees selection was also plentiful. I had a variety set (more traditional style Japanese bento) and it was very filling but a touch too expensive in my opinion. My husband had the sukiyaki which he could not finish because we over ordered as per usual. Unfortunately, we left our sukiyaki in a to-go container on the table and we called to come back and get it 15 minutes after but they already threw it out. They were also really busy for a Monday night so the sushi came out after the entree which was a little odd. The staff was really nice. We’ll be back to try other things.

This is an authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi restaurant. I lived in Japan for 20 years, and I have eaten in many sushi restaurants there. The presentation and quality of the meal here is outstanding. The service is good and the staff are friendly.
