I generally patronize this Subway store since it’s the closest in proximity to my home. After my recent visit on a Sunday morning, I’ve decided to take my business to other Subway locations. I stopped by around 10:00 a.m. to order an egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. As the sandwich maker was preparing my order, she and the other employee present realized that the toaster oven hadn’t been turned on. Since I wanted my sandwich toasted, they informed me that it would take at least 5 to 8 minutes for the oven to warm up. After waiting for about 4 to 5 minutes, I decided to leave and go elsewhere for a breakfast sandwich. This Subway opens at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays; how could they neglect turning on the toaster oven? That should be one of the first things to do upon opening for business. This experience was very inconveniencing and frustrating.

Update: The disrespectful lady lost her job likely for being rude to customers, she now works at the Starbucks next door. This Subway has improved immensely since it’s decision to get rid of it’s main problem. It is a perfectly enjoyable location with great food that is only hot inside sometimes.

I went here after a very long day at work for a sandwich to share with my dad. I have to say that the young man that attended me was fantastic. He made small talk with me asked me about my day and paid attention to little details in our conversation that made my sandwich order all the more detailed and how i wanted . I usually don’t care what subways i go to because they are all pretty much okay overall but service made this outstanding and I will return when I want a sandwich.

Short girl has zero customer service skills as she never looks at customer and has a scowl on her face all the time with a very unwelcoming body language. On the other hand her coworker is the guy who takes his sweet little time making sandwiches for customers leaning against the counter and making weird postures while there is a long line.

One of the cleanest Subway’s I’ve been to a in a while. Staff is friendly and works quickly (but the sandwiches are never made in a sloppy manner). They run out of certain veggies every now and then, but obviously that’s not always something the staff can control. Overall a straighforward quick service sandwich shop and you know what you’re getting.

The sandwiches are generally prepared to our liking and consistent in the amounts of Meats and fixings.However, the employes seem to be too serious when the manager is there…no smiles, limited friendly greetings, with the same old “what can we get you”? The manager never smiles and seems to be in a bad mood. I feel bad for the staff who have to work there. Not a customer friendly place.
