Very unique! The deep dish pizza is VERY filling, usually i have 4 slices of large pizzas, and for this, by 2 slices of the 12 inch I was knocked out. It was quite cute that the meatballs came in a bread bowl that was made of the same flaky crust as the deep dish. The waiter was very cordial and polite, and they accommodate for COVID-19 with paperless menus (scan a QR code) and shaded/private outdoor seating.

Delicious pizza and friendly staff! Their gluten free crust is pretty good and they also offer vegan cheese. Total for two 10 inches pizzas were $40. This is the supreme pizza, highly recommend.

I love Chicago style pizza and loved Eldwardo’s in Milwaukee and Chicago, now I have found an almost equivalent pizza here on the West Coast. Pizza slice and a salad deal for lunch was outstanding and I barely finished it. I also just found out they have other local locations to try. I did not even get a chance to try my Old Chicago Special with mozzarella instead of ricotta, dinner tomorrow!

This is one of our favorite deep dish pizza places in South bay. We love their spinach deep dish pizza with low fat cheese and almost always get the same one . On busy hours, you want to order your food while waiting for seat since it takes them 45 min to prepare your deep dish pizza. The only reason I am taking one of their stars is that most of their appetizers (such as the one in the picture) are on the oily side. Many people may like that though.

The best deep dish pizza in Cal. Takes about an hour after ordering, IF not busy. Staff is so incredibly friendly. Parking may be a challenge. We live 200 miles away, and come here whenever in the area. Had the Favorite Pizza 14″. 3-6 meals.

Only come if you have time to wait (also, no reservations). The pizzas take at least 30 minutes to make. We had five people, and one deep dish and one thin crust was more than enough. The Matt Cain was good if you like sausage and lots of cheese. I’m no pizza expert, but I thought it was solid, though I liked what I’ve gotten at Blue Line in Mountain View a bit more.

Chicken Tikka masala deep dish was legit and that’s coming from our Indian friends. Greek pizza was basic but still tasty. Avoid the “garlic bread” which is nothing but a lightly toasted thin pita dusted with garlic powder and served with marinara sauce. Some of the plates were still very wet and or had specks of something left behind. Service was attentive. TV placement isn’t ideal-either blocked behind staff or way up high in the rafters.

Service was not good at all here. Staff should be trained to set customer expectations that certain pizzas would take an hour or more to make. Better yet, ask if they have been to Paxti’s and if not, give some tips on what the honey is for. I luckily have been to SJ Paxti’s and had a much better experience. PA customer service was really disappointing. No apologies from staff or manager to apologize for any inconvenience. Discount was appreciated but why wouldn’t the manager be the one to let us know? It all starts from management to give a good example of customer service. So many horrible things went wrong here. I can’t even believe the food presentation. Come on.. at least acknowledge and apologize for cardboard platter for a dine-in experience in Palo Alto. I would have been more forgiving if you admitted that the order was messed up. Hope the mgr and staff get some retraining. If youre asking about the pic… “Is that Pizza on ripped cardboard?” – yes it is.
