Ordered 4 sandwiches and one had 2 things I was allergic to, I explained it to the staff and then she ignored what I was saying and asked to repeat again. She claimed there was no manager on duty, she had so much attitude in her voice and would not give her name but she was an Indian lady. All I wanted was a remake or my money back, now I gotta give my lunch away. What a waste especially paying extra for avocado and to find 2 slivers only, ridiculous!!!

Customer service is great here! They’re patient about what you’re thinking of choosing. It’s a lot more healthy than just going to a fast food restaurant. It’s even better when they’re all fresh ingredients! Honestly, I wouldn’t mind coming here almost every single day for a year.

I alawys go there for lunch before I go to work. My last experience was quite unpleasant. The employee didnt wash her hands nor changed gloves to fix my order. She handled money with the same gloves on she used on the previous customer. And my sandwich wasn’t properly made. I know how much turkey goes on a footlong. 4 slices of meat? I was cheated. Never again!

Very nice location located in Downtown Modesto, the employees are very friendly and they are committed to excellent service. The time I went was relatively busy with one employee so it took a while for me to get my order but the wait was worth it and it was great.

Convenient location for an inexpensive fresh meal in downtown Modesto. Clean place, with friendly staff. Best for walking traffic, unless you want to use the parking garage around the block. Otherwise, there’s very limited metered parking on the street.

White bread was so very good soft fresh and taste never had a cold cut combo and I was even a manager for Sumway in Tulsa Oklahoma best dressing for my taste buds sweet onion and honey mustard (regular or other chicken I would NOT recommend my dog got sick on it) turkey bacon avocado not to bad cookies BOMB if cooked where they are soft perfecto cheesecake cookie…mmm
