This is the nastiest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. It’s 12 noon, they just opened at 11am. When i arrived the place was filty as if i hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. There was only one worker and it was smokey inside. I couldn’t eat from there i walked out on my order. Pizza Hut have to do BETTER!!!!!! (The floors never been mopped, and the bathroom wasn’t clean)

EDIT: This place is CLOSED. Do NOT order anything from there with the app or online, you will lose your money. Called three days in a row, no answer and got a disconnected message. Went to the place, no one was there. It was dark. I waited, no one showed up. Called the customer service line, they just kept redirecting me to the store. No refund for me, I guess. Infuriating.

I ordered hand tossed pizza and it was very flat…it looked more like thin crust rather than hand tossed. The bread sticks were dry and over cooked. They puffed so much they separated (top rose bottom stayed). This is the 2nd time this happened and it only occurs with the night crew. Day crew is good but the night crew need to be retrained on how not to over cook food. Does not look inviting at all

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered online. I ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi. When it was delivered there was no Pepsi. I wasn’t the only one eating. So I had to go to the store and get Pepsi for everyone. So my pizza was Luke warm. The manager, said they would refund the pepsi, I wasn’t happy with that. So they hung up on me and didn’t refund anything. On top of that I called back twice and they transferred me to line that is disconnected 2 time.
