Seriously, save your money and go elsewhere to give it to someone or place more deserving. Rude and uncompromising staff member. I paid for my meal regardless, though I seriously considered saying keep it and walking out. I was only there out of necessity (way overpriced for what you get and definitely the service) and would never go back; recommend others do the same.

One of worst subways I have ever been to! They just assumed I have asked for breakfast eggs for lunch, honestly I never had eggs in subway sandwich so I was just asking what it was. They thought I was requesting for it..they assumed they are doing me a favor which honestly I didn’t ask for it. When I saw the sandwich broken even though it didn’t have much veggies on it, I said the sandwich is broken, the lady thought I was complaining about it but I was just telling her to be careful..It is a family run place and the lady and her husband immediately raised their voice and started saying something in the language I don’t understand. They literally kept screaming..I didn’t know what to do, they also said they are denying my service. Anyway best third-rate place and people! Would never go there again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! VERY RUDE! And racist! Tried to scam me and say a foot long subway is $20 because I added avocados (no I didn’t get the meal). And the place reeks you. Why is this place still in business???

The worst service ever, even they discriminate you based on your color and country if birth , I tried to complain to subway but subway said again they have to share all my details to investigate the issue, at that moment I didn’t feel safe, so didn’t complain.

Absolutely disgusting, the 2 owners are extremely rude and refused to give me water which is law. I simply asked for a water cup and they refused and that i was required to buy a water bottle from the fridge. They’re money greedy and i’m devastated, kenta gabrillo.

The Manager has a very bad attitude with customers. When my family and I stepped into the store, in hand was a coupon, she said store do not accept coupons. Then we ordered 4, 6-inch meat balls at regular price, she only added a little lecture and 2 small slices tomato in our first 2 sandwiches. We then asked to add other different vegetables onto the sandwiches, we were very surprised and said; “meatball don’t go with that” and wrapped our sandwiches, I’m very disappointed and frustrated. She then raised her voice and yelled at me “here or to-go” then I said be “polite and be nice with your customers”. She refused to sell foods to us. She also said to us “this is not China” as she recognized us as an Asian family,. Finally, she refused to sell foods to us. I tried to remain calm as my family and I walked out.
