My bacon egg and cheese came with wax paper that is now in my stomach. When I confronted the staff I didn’t even get a apology I got a we are busy. Totally unacceptable. Dunkin’ Donuts in Cornwall, do better!!

I wish I could go at least one month without getting a cup of coffee with coffee grounds in it. Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too long without a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.

Would give this 6 stars if possible! The coffee cake muffins there are pretty good! I always get them right before they close up shop for the night, so they’re stale and the muffin top is harder than a hockey puck! But I don’t eat them right when I get them, I eat them the next morning so the coffee cake muffins are extra stale! Service is awful everytime I go in because it’s 5 minutes before closing! They really don’t like it when you use gift cards! But too bad! I have $45 worth of credit and I plan on using it! Overall, 11/10 would go there again.

What can I say, great coffee and bagels, and my grandkids love the donuts. The staff is friendly and attentive. They often decorate the donuts (not just sprinkles..lol!) to keep things interesting. I’ve never had stale coffee from this place! I LOVE the cold brew..
