I’m done ordering from this Subway. We were rushing to get lunch before afternoon plans, so we ordered ahead online. I got there at the estimated time it would be ready and they had to find the paper that had been printed out to start making my meal. They made my order but when I got home, we realized there was a sandwich missing. When we came back and explained the situation, there was 0 empathy and it just seemed like they were annoyed. Then there was no urgency and it felt like they were deliberately taking their time despite acknowledging it was their mistake and our emphasis on being in a hurry.

I see why this place had such bad reviews. The guy added a line item of cheese to my bill, but I didn’t ask to add cheese. And the outlaw is supposed to come with cheese. Also, I feel like he was messing with me when I asked for spinach. Like he would literally put 3 or 4 leaves of spinach. When I would ask for more, again , the smallest amount possible. It was the weirdest thing. Avoid this subway at all costs. Probably the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Surprised this is the quality we get in Lafayette.

I ordered a bmt toasted and he barely put any ham on it, the lettuce was brown so I skipped that. The onions were pink so they’re not fresh. It was absolutely terrible. I won’t be back. I expect better in Lafayette!

AWFUL experience here. Ordered with the app using a free sub coupon. The sub was made incorrectly, with missing and incorrect ingredients. The owner asked if I was a regular, because I should only use my free sub coupon at my “regular” Subway.

Horribly bad place. This one guy i get every time dont care and you can obviously tell he hates his life and his job. When I say I want everything on my sandwich he doesnt so I have to remind him. But im done. He gets the bread wrong and also burn it.

Prices are extremely high at this subway, a $7.10 sandwich is $10.33 here somehow. The young lady that works afternoon was doing absolutely nothing when I walked in and rushed my sandwich like she’s busy. Barely put any chicken, looked like 2/3 of a scoop. Don’t recommend this place

Long story short: go to Safeway instead for your sandwiches.
They don’t take coupons, prices are the same as Safeway or Diablo foods, but you get barely anything.

This place is hilariously bad. Terrible portions, terrible quality, really terrible service by people that clearly don’t want to be there. Be prepared to just be ignored or stared at and watch as they make your sandwich is the absolutely slowest worst way possible. I’m happy to see so many terrible reviews because this franchise locations needs to leave for a better business or owner that cares.
