One Saturday morning, I stopped by to get breakfast and this it what I got when I opened the bag at home…! Look like it’s been stepped on and it had black spots on the bottom of the sandwich. The person who made it wants someone to eat that sandwich! They need to eat it! I called all day and no one picked up the phone…. what’s the whole point of having a phone when no one will answer it!

Just wanted to say I had The pleasure of visiting here today and I went through the drive-through pretty quickly and the person working in the drive-through has these like cool tattoos and he was just super welcoming, super nice and very attentive, and I appreciated the service and atmosphere he gave. I think working fast food is definitely one of the hardest jobs to do since it’s demanding. you’re on your feet and have to be pretty on top of things to keep on a schedule and I appreciated the positive experience he gave.

Is this a Burger King restaurant or a daycare? My wife and I came here for breakfast last week and there were two kids just running around, doing whatever they want, and they weren’t being supervised. Come to find out they are the children of one of the managers here. Today, I come for a nice quiet lunch, and it was quiet for a minute, but then the manager shows up with her two kids. They immediately start running around, making noise, climbing on doors, climbing on the chairs, pushing each other around in high chairs and bugging the manager while she’s trying to help a customer.
This is not a daycare!! I don’t expect to come here and have to watch peoples kids running around making noise. Doing whatever they want. I might not even be so much annoyed if they weren’t so unruly and not well behaved.I know this comment might get somebody in trouble, but if this was my business, I would need to know that one of my managers is using it as a daycare. The kids were even back in the kitchen area where the employees are. Very dangerous. They don’t need to be back there. I was a Burger King district manager for years, and I would fire any one of my managers on the spot if this happened.Unacceptable!

I thought id stop in for a burrito jr. Stopped eating at all fast food chains but figured since im hungry, why not. My poor ugly excuse for a burrito was fused to the paper that it was wrapped in. So had no choice but to eat my burrito from the inside out, otherwise id eat the paper and poop a tree.

After repeatedly asking for my sandwich to not have mayo…guess what? I understand that you at that location were swamped ie four cars online My wait was about 14 minutes to 17 minutes for three sandwiches and fries and 2 drinks. This kind of service at the cost of what the customers have to take is absolutely unacceptable under no circumstance should I get my order wrong and having waited more than 14 minutes for my sandwiches. DONT GO HERE! GO TO THE 53RD AND 15TH STREET BK ONLY A COUPLE MILES AWAY. Absolutely disgusting meal. Went through the drive through, got home and my son’s chicken sandwich was so gross it tasted like the mayo had spoiled. The taste is still stuck in my mouth. Then I open my honey mustard chicken wrap and find its rolled into a small weird ball shape. The chicken is so hard and dry I couldnt bite into it and it ended up being a spicy chicken wrap which is not what I asked for. We will never be back to this location. Id give 0 stars if I could!!! Please dont waste your time or money here.

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 sandwiches.
The Wednesday Whopper looks pretty in the picture, but it was poorly put together. But they got the toppings right at least, it was just a mess. I asked for heavy onion, and I got heavy onion alright, nearly half of the onion was on my burger. There was more onion than there was patty (good for me I guess cause I like onions).
The real issue is the plastic we found in the burger. One of the double whoppers was pretty straight forward and we got it and it tasted fresh. However, while eating it, there was a crunch and when we took a look, there’s a giant piece of plastic on the burger. I don’t know how this got missed, I don’t know what was going on that this somehow ended up in the same bin that they use to put on condiments, but something’s gotta change in there. There’s absolutely no excuse for a piece of plastic to get into the sandwich.
I tried calling a few times to talk with someone about it. Not for a refund or for my food back, cause I’m scared now about what else I might find in my food. I just wanted to let them know. I called 4 times and each one just hung up after being on hold for so long.
I would not recommend this Burger King. Please go to another location while this one figures out it’s issues.

usually at the hour I go for my typical Wednesday night ice cream cone, it’s empty. I love it, nice to think about things. the employees probably hate me BUT I do get my ice cream cone almost every Wednesday night around 7:30 and the one lady is always very nice. I believe she is the manager? 5/5 I love coming here
EDIT 3/20/24: I’m giving this place another review. Another 5 star, of course! Because I mostly mobile order my Wednesday ice cream now, one of the very kind employees has picked up on my name. It’s not everyday you’ll be sitting alone eating ice cream when your favorite employee yells “HI [NAME]!” when she notices me. It really goes to show how dedicated she is at her job, and how much effort she truly puts in. 6/5 stars if I could.
Also, whenever an order is messed up (like when I used a mobile coupon for a whopper or an impossible whopper and I ordered a regular, and got the vegan whopper), they fix it instantly free of charge! They gave me a regular whopper on the house and let me keep the one they already gave me.
I don’t understand why this place, at the time of writing, has a 2.9 rating. On the days I go (almost every week!) I always get perfect service, and whenever it’s not perfect, they work to make it so.
