i went in at 8pm to order a sub sandwich on 4/23 and i was told they can’t toast the bread do they always do this 1hr before closing? this is the second time i’ve been told this here at this place

Told that my sandwich can’t be toasted because the machine was turned off to cool down for cleaning. So, I can’t get full service because the workers are trying to minimize their cleaning time after closing? Not surprised at the low star reviews.

I can understand upcharging for extras like avocado, extra meat and cheese but an upcharge for wrapping a cut footlong separately? I’ve been to Subways from San Diego, CA to Portland, ME and everywhere in between and I’ve NEVER heard of anything so petty.

Stopped here to get gas and a bite to eat. I ordered a footlong tuna sandwhich around 2pm on Monday, and then around 6pm my stomach and whole body started hurting. Low grade fever that night and I’ve had diarreah the past two days. I do not reccomend grabbing fish product from here.

I am in Kentucky and my app was just used by someone to order $59 worth of food from the Subway at 27574 Bernard Drive, Exxon Station, Kettleman City CA 93239 and no one will answer the phone there. I also cannot find a way to report it as fraud or cancel the order through the app.
