My experience was very different than many of the previous reviews. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The sandwich artist that helped us was great – I wish I remembered her name! Positive body language – like she wanted to help vs had to help, loud and clear voice, and just nice.
Eyebrow raising 1st time visit but in a good way. Hope my next visit is just as good.

I placed an order through Grubhub and unfortunately received the wrong items. When I contacted the Subway location, Joshua provided excellent customer service. He handled the issue quickly and ensured that the correct order was delivered. His professionalism and dedication were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Joshua, for going above and beyond!

Horrible management Jimena or ximena whatever her name is doesn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. If I could give this 0 stars I would. She gave me the wrong sandwich and did not fix the problem nor acknowledge her mess up. Not going to this location again ️ The other young lady with the braces was very nice and helped more then the manager.

I leave reviews regularly, but this one is especially important because this situation was not just bad service — it was dangerous and completely unacceptable.

This Subway location has a history of carelessness. The first time I had an issue, they ignored a clear allergy warning and used a knife that had been in contact with tomatoes — which my child is severely allergic to — to prepare our food. That could have caused a life-threatening reaction. At the time, I didn’t have my receipt and decided to let it go because my daughter’s health was my top priority.

But this latest incident crossed every line.

On Monday around 1:00 PM, my fiancé and I picked up an order I placed online. When we arrived, there was no manager on duty, only a young crew member. We went home and began eating, and about halfway through his sandwich, my fiancé discovered the bacon was raw and undercooked. Not just a little soft — uncooked and unsafe to eat.

This is a serious food safety violation. Undercooked pork can cause illnesses like Salmonella or Trichinosis, which can lead to hospitalization or worse.

I immediately planned to report it. The next day, I went back to the store, again there was no manager, so I explained the situation to another crew member and left my full name and phone number. I was assured the manager would call me. That never happened.

On day three, I finally reached the manager by phone. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix the situation, they blamed me, claiming too much time had passed — even though I reported it right away and followed every step they told me to take.

Not only is this unprofessional, but it violates several health and consumer protection laws:

FDA Food Code & USDA Regulations – Serving undercooked pork is a direct violation of national food safety rules.

California Retail Food Code (Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 113996, 114093) – Food establishments must cook food to safe internal temperatures and follow proper sanitary practices.

Implied Warranty of Merchantability (UCC § 2-314) – Selling unsafe, contaminated, or undercooked food breaches the legal warranty that food must be safe for consumption.

Negligence & Liability – Ignoring my allergy warning before and now serving raw meat puts lives at risk and opens the business to potential lawsuits if someone is harmed.

At this point, they’ve shown no accountability, no concern for customer health, and a total disregard for basic food safety.

⚠️ My warning to others: If you have allergies, health concerns, or simply expect safe food, be very careful eating here. Mistakes like these aren’t minor — they can make someone seriously ill or worse

I love subway! I personally prefer it over any other major sandwich food chain! Always fresh! If I could afford it I’d eat it every day!!

You used to get a footlong for 5 bucks. I spent 35 for two footlong and cookies. And my sandwich was terrible the photo proves it. The girl was very nice but not worth the price anymore

Walking into this subway shop is an awful experience the minute I walk in they don’t usually greet you and when they do greet you it’s not as welcoming as you might expect they don’t attend to you right away it takes them over 10 minutes and if they are making sandwiches for pick up orders they completely ignore you they don’t even look at you at let you know they will help you as soon as possible or atleast one of the girls should attend to walk in customers while the other finishes the pick up orders .they are completely rude in doing that some of the customers that come in are on a lunch break from work and to be waiting over 15 minutes ir ridiculous. The last time I was there it took them 25 minutes to help me and take my order and the entire time I was standing there not one of them apologizes for the delay in service it’s like your invisible and it was just me one customer. I do not recommend this joint unless you have time to spare or too lazy to drive a few miles away to the next subway or you have an attitude to match there’s.

We’ve been coming to this subway sometimes for years. Haven’t been in a while, went recently and left highly irritated. Staff was grumpy & seemed like we were a bother. We had purchased 3 of the Community Discount Cards (often sold by football teams, etc.) that say specifically on them the address of THIS subway (among others.) They say but one very one 6 inch. (Note, we did order a lot of specialty subs, which are not included, but there were also some ham &some meatball, so it could have been done.) None of the staff present had any idea how to use them, so the glum young lady that begrudgingly helped us called the owner. She told the girl that the card couldn’t be used “because it doesn’t have a way to be scanned.” That program is something businesses choose to be involved in. So, the owner got free advertising on these cards without honoring the commitment she made. The girl’s reply was “well you had the Titans and Elite anyways, so it probably wouldn’t have worked.” Wrong, there were cheap ones there, too.
In the end, Subway cost over $100 to feed my family. The sandwiches (or first since their big change with slicing meat in store) were just OK, the floor of the store was covered in sticky spills, and we already know what I thought of the service (both the employee that dealt with me and the owner.) For that kind of $, we’ll definitely go to Jersey Mike’s, where they’re welcoming and delicious.

They cant seem to make a sandwich correctly. They will lie straight to your face that they put the correct types of meat on the sandwich when I can see them only put one on. This has happened to me multiple times only at this location.

I got food poisoning, and I’ve been sick for 3 days and maybe longer. Couldn’t eat the 1st day I was sick, and I’m barely getting used to eating again. It was an oven roasted turkey sandwich I got that made me bleh.
