Never dissatisfied at this particular location. Staff is friendly and make really good sandwiches wish I had gotten a chance to take a pic of my sammy before I scarfed it this has become my favorite subway location because of how well they make my sandwiches. Walked in had one person in front of me. When my turn comes she says your gonna have to wait for a long time because I just got an online order for 3 sandwiches!! That is unacceptable! Half my lunch waiting to be told that pretty much the online order is more important than a customer that has been waiting!!! Never going back, keep helping your online customers cuz apparently they are more important than the actual customer in front of u !!!

Got coupons last week went to use them today and was told they don’t accept them. I’ve always gone to that store and used them. Manager was rude and seem like he didn’t care for helping the customer. I’ve never had a problem before.

Several times now I’ve gone at 10 or 1030 and they’ve been closed. Locked doors and no lights on when the sign says they open at 9.
