Excellent experience. The food was wonderful. The service was excellent and a wonderful atmosphere. Mostly meat dishes and I am sure they were delicious. I had a made up vegetarian dish that was composed of a collection of sides which was delicious. We finished off with desserts which were huge. If you do get dessert plan on sharing or be prepared to take them home with you. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

OK so it was pricey. 4 of us was 500 (that was with tip). But we did get 3 appetizers and 2 desserts along with our meal. Also i got a soup. Everything was great except I will say 4 the price my chicken was just blah. Nothing special about it. The potato pave was delish. I would come back just 4 the desserts tho, they were amazing. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.

This is the only restaurant in San Antonio that has a beef wellington that is close to Gordon Ramsay’s style. Also, the scallops was freakin amazing, best part of my meal. Overall, Tardifs American Brasserie is amazing, the waitress and hostess were nice, calm and chill atmosphere. I came there on birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and a shot of champagne. I highly recommend trying this place out.

The server was very friendly. The presentation of the food was great. It looked similar to what I had seen in other reviews so no unexpected or disappointing surprises. The food was good. With the limited selection of French food here in San Antonio I’d say they did a good job. The food selection on the menu definitely reminded me of my many visits to France. I was completely put off by the fact the hostess was eating Texas Roadhouse right out of the bag in the front of the restaurant. She was sitting on the other side of a glass wall so every time I turned my head all I could see was the fluffy yeast rolls that looked great but sadly were from another restaurant. I did question the reasoning why she would want to bring outside food into such a nice looking establishment…

We found Tardif’s American Bistro is an outstanding French Restaurant. The selection of dishes available is impressive and there is a really good wine list. Service was very good and the decor is really first class. The Beef Wellington and Onion Soup were wonderful. A really memorable experience and one I hope to repeat.

Excellent dining experience! You need reservations. Nice full bar for cocktail while meeting folks. Complimentary bread & brie. Loved the endive salad, perfect mussels, the best Red Snapper filet ever, excellent Branzino, & cheesy tasty potato pave. Too full for dessert, but will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Tardifs. From the service to the food, everything was EXCEPTIONAL! My husband was leary on what to expect, but he fell in love with his scallops. I have never seen him eat so slow bc he said he wanted to savor every bite. We were hoping to get the whole snapper, but they were sold out (understandable bc it is lent). Our server, Victoria, was sooo friendly and attentive. When we return, we hope to have her as our server. The desserts are HUGE and absolutely yummy! This is a great date spot, but I look forward to bringing my mom here as well. Thank you for the great time! You all made our date night and bday celebration extra special.

Wow. Where to begin. This was an amazing fine dining experience. From the wait staff and servers to the management, the professionalism and teamwork were very apparent. For appetizers, we started with the Escargot, house pork belly, and the Mushroom Vol-au-Vent. For entrees we had the Lobster Tails and I added Diver Scallops, Short Rib Risotto and the Entrecote. All were equally rich and perfectly cooked. I would order any of them again and that is the big problem because all of the other entrees we saw pass by (beef Wellington and whole
