I did an online order for about 4 sandwiches, waited 20 minutes to go pick them up until it said it was ready. I go to the restaurant and NONE of them were made. They started making them after I asked about it. Last time I was here I had a similar experience, except nobody was in line, but they took forever because they were too busy taking smoking breaks in the back room. This is probably the worse subway location I’ve ever been to. Not only are the workers bad, but the food sucks as well. Workers won’t even add your additional cost items to your sandwich unless you put them on the spot to do so. You can’t ask to speak to their manager because their manager is just as bad as the teenagers that work there.

Great service here, and well-built sandwich and a salad. But my Subway jihad continues as long a they use fake olive oil. 90% vanilla and only 10% olive oil? Total bait and switch. Fortunately remembered to bring my own.

I have visited this Subway twice. Both times, I came during business hours only to find the door locked. Today, Sunday, I visited the store at 11:30am. The hours on the sign and website say they’re open 9am to 8pm. The doors were locked with an employee inside. This location has officially lost my business.

Elizabeth was so unprofessional. I walked in at 6, they closed at 10. I wanted to get 6 sandwiches and she looked at me and said “I was going to close early. I’ve been here till 11 and it’s not fair!”. She made my sandwiches. I was over charged and pointed it out to her and she said it’s the computer not her. She kept saying “your mad at me aren’t you?” So immature. Not a pleasant experience at all! Don’t go here!

Came in with a friend on my lunch. only one person ahead of us. Two employees there still didn’t get help us for about 7 minutes. So off to a great start. They made the sandwiches poorly went to pay with a gift card I had they said the machine isn’t working for gift cards. Then proceeded to ask me to pay another way. Why would they wait until after they make my food to tell me this? There was no sign up saying that they weren’t taking gift cards at that time. So I walked out with out my lunch for that day because I only get a short lunch break at work. Been going to that subway since I was a kid. Congrats subway you guys just lost a customer for life. I’ll be throwing away that gift card as well since you guys don’t accept them anyways.

Veggies didn’t look fresh. The taste was okay but I’ve had better. Need to upgrade. But the server was super friendly and awesome! I’m sure she’s not the one that buys the produce so that owner needs to get it together.

The sandwich tasted old and the bread was all dry. Also, there wasn’t much meat on my mom’s sandwich and there was like no food on one of the sides. They tasted bad for my family and my dad’s sandwich was all falling apart no matter how careful you hold it.
