Delicious ice cream as always. The Banana Split Blizzard seemed to have less fruit than I remember. The lobby is closed so drive thru is the only option. Our server was polite and patient, and our order was prepared quickly.

We have been getting blizzards here for a few times and always pay extra for extra cookie dough and never is it extra cookie or barely any at all. I poured my blizzard in a cup when we got home because I was halfway through and still only had 2 pieces so I was wondering if they were in the bottom and there was some but not enough for what there should have been for paying for extra.

Absolutely atrocious attitude from the old lady working there. Walked up to the door with my two disabled clients as we did not want to go through the drive though with 3 separate payments. there is only 1 single standard piece of paper on the front window (not even on the door) stating that the lobby is closed, that I say after looking for it. As we were walking away an old lady unlocked the door, and said “lobby’s closed” in a very angry tone, then looked at a vehicle parked on the street and made aggressive pointing gestures to the store, the driver of the vehicle got out and started walking toward her when the old lady (with extreme attitude) said “you’ve got a pick up?” The customer said yes and the employee hardly let her finish the word before admonishing her “it’s like this for everyone! Come on!” And brought her into the store.

My bananna s poo lit blizzard was awful no ftuit ,litterally 2 pc banans,few pc pineapple NO strawberries,and taste like choc icecream. Was terrible but dixnt want to wait IB drive thru line to complain and the lobby is closed. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

Hours not accurate. NOT open until 8:30. Stopped in at 8:10pm. Does it really take that much effort to go on google and update the hours? Pretty sure it only takes about 5 minutes. Less time then it took me to drive there thinking they were open until 8:30. Tried calling on another occasion at 7:55pm on a saturday night to verify the closing time, no answer then either. So really not sure when these guys close…?

My husband and I walked in at 8:59 open sigh on no one behind us and 4 cars in drive thru and we were told that they are closed. Very rude.

Workers are sometimes quite rude while u order. But usually nice at the window. And I’ve never had an order messed up there so it’s ok. Now the lobby is closed do to “staffing issues”. There was at least 4 people at the counter. Let’s close the lobby during the hottest busiest week to date. Makes sense. So the line goes all the way down the street. Annoying

You typically have to use the drive-through as they have the lobby area closed. I am not sure of the reasoning for this. The line can get very long but usually moves pretty quickly. The staff is full of teenagers and they always seem to be messing around as teenagers do. Sometimes you get the wrong order and have to wait at the window to make sure it’s correct. Or you have to repeat your order multiple times through the drive-through speaker to make sure they have it right. I have run into some snarky teenagers during my visits. It’s just ice cream so you gotta take what you can get. The food options are minimal and a regular hot dog, just the hot dog with bun is $4.50!!
