Customer service was not good it looked like she was not happy to be there,, the minute we walked in instead of greeting us she told us if we were using coupons that location does not accept them even though there was coupons on the register like they had accepted them ,I watch three ladies walk in after me and in the middle of their sandwiches being made they walked out because the girl kept telling them no to questions they were asking about the sandwich I don’t know what the problem was I heard the lady say they were willing to upgrade. Not a good experience.

I’ve been here and other locations dozens of times and never been told “you’d be charged for extra veggies”.. I asked the lady yesterday to add extra olives because I ordered a foot long and she said they can only put 6 olives on a foot long. And then I asked for a 6 inch sub you can only put THREE singular olives. She said yes.. I told her the same thing I said above in my first sentence and told her to add them anyways I guess- and she just stared at me She then didn’t charge me extra for the “extra” 4 olives she put on my sandwhich. I normally don’t care but dude i’m spending 15 dollars on a sandwich and you can only put 4 of each veggie which mind you looked OLD and like they had been sitting out. I work at a food establishment as well and also a high end hotel and this was odd. I don’t think I’d come back.

had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this Subway. The employee named Issice was consistently rude and dismissive while taking my order, which created a very unprofessional atmosphere. I hope management addresses this behavior, as customer service is an important part of the experience.

I ordered my 2 subs from the app, a footlong sub of a tuna, and a cold cut combo. It was a buy one get one free through the Subway App. I pre-ordered it an hour early and to pick it up at 12:30pm. I was disappointed it was not made when I got there. I was told there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the orders. I hope things get better.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The lady Donna was handling the rush as best she could but maybe because of the rush she was quick to tell customers what she will not do for them despite what the online service let them order. She was 3 pick up orders behind and had 5 customers in line. She was by herself during lunch rush. Also a customer asked for something on the side and she says “we don’t do sides. My boss says no sides” Not to mention fruit flies were all over the food bar. She said about 5 times “I’m just an employee working here” she only works 2 days a week. She didn’t know the ingredients for any of the sandwiches. One pick up orders behind, she says “just so you know we won’t put all that you wanted on your sandwich.” The customer asked so you’re not going to make my sandwich the way I ordered it?” “ no im not, you can leave”. I was there for 45 minutes just waiting quietly for my sandwich. Mind you…. $23 for a sandwich and drink crazy!!!!! Also another 15 minutes to write this review. Thanks subway for wasting and hour of my day.

I made a mobile order last night and ordered 2 outlaw’s with just mayo and garlic aïoli, when coming to eat the sandwich, it was saturated with the sauces and basically inedible, I called to inform of the issue and the employee just told me that there was nothing she could do about it and basically recommended me to go to another location next time. Poor customer service at its finest.

The app sent my order to a different pickup restaurant location.
Once the error was discovered, it was too late to reach that restaurant before closing. I tried calling the restaurant directly, no answer (they were still open at that time).
Emailed customer care to report my issue/complaint and requested refund.
So far no one has responded and I’m out $31 and change and never got my order, no follow up.
PSA – Make absolutely certain that the correct location is highlighted with the media button before proceeding with your online order.
I double checked mine but it still switched the tests pickup location but did not warn me of the change before transmitting the online order.

I ordered through the Subway App to get 20% off. I ordered 2 foot longs. When I got to the store I saw buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free. I was very disappointed that the App didn’t offer me that deal. Tubi was the person working there. She was really busy but took the time to help me out. She allowed me to cancel the order in the App and Resubmit it in store so I could get the free Foot Long! I cannot thank her enough for doing this. I am moving and have no food. I need all the deals I can get! She was super friendly and made all 3 sandwiches just how I like them. I will come back here for the excellent customer service. Thank you Tubi and you really helped me out.
