The service from Tracy is exceptional. Every time I eat here she is polite and I know my sandwich will be perfect! The only complaint I have is that the small cup lids dont properly fit the cup so I’ve spilled my drink a few times.

Avoid just go off base or Jersey Mikes.
They need new management. Subway workers rude and lazy. Forgot a majority of things on my sandwich. The bread was stale and tasted burnt? I wanted to order up front, but was told “we can’t take your order here” be so for real. You can’t or you won’t? Anyways we order on the machine, which we didn’t want too because we knew they would mess our order up. Not worth it.

AVOID THIS PLACE

Last time they forgot lettuce for my salad. This time they forgot the ranch for my chicken bacon ranch salad and substituted chocolate cookies instead of the chocolate chip I ordered and didn’t even let me know. No forks and no straws

Go to 22 area or off base

Usually go to this subway because its close in proximity. The cleanliness could be way better. Two weeks ago we went and the attached image is of a sandwich we were given. The bread crumbled if you even looked at it. We reached out regarding the quality of product and got a email from a Priscilla Bryan saying “sorry” nothing more. Definitely not customer service that bodes well for business.

Yo, move faster, like your life depends on it. It does btw, that’s why you’re working at a Subway.

This subway desperately need to be placed under new management. For months, everytime we go in they are understaffed. The employee is snappy and rude to customers, because they are asking for basic ingredients for a sandwich. Why the hell do you only have one type of bread and 3 meats at a SANDWICH SHOP? You’re out of stock of Mayo? How is that even possible?

They are constantly understocked. The restaurant is packed and the worker had to tell everyone to leave, he couldn’t make any sandwiches because they didn’t have the paper to wrap them in. That is absolutely ridiculous.

If you really are craving a subway sandwich, I’d recommend going into town. Or just use the $17 it cost for a foot long to buy the ingredients to make about 5 sandwiches at home…

I was standing waiting in line to order and there was no employee to serve me. I called out if anyone was in the back room hiding and no response. The sun hasn’t set and it’s not closing time so I walked over in front of the back room and called out again. No response, so I took a peek and I see this lazy slacker sleeping in the back. Everyone shoutout to Peter for skating like a pro!

The drive to the main gate for Jersey Mikes is worth it. I do not recommend this Subway. Employee never changed gloves when ringing people up at the register and pulling receipts for online orders, and going back to making sandwiches. I don’t know what their policy is but perception as the customer, I would appreciate clean gloves touching my food. Veggies were soggy and looked old. Overall not impressed.

Went in, door rings. I wait, employee takes five minutes to come from the back room. I pick my bread, they are out. I pick another, out comes a stale crumbling loaf. I order the meat, they run out as they are putting it on and ask if it’s fine to mix. I say sure. Then it gets overtoasted. I go to the toppings and half of them are, again, out. I get my depressed looking spinach and keep it pushing to the sauce. There’s five sauces there, half of them labeled. I try two different ones that were, you guessed it, out. I settle for mustard then pay $17 for my crunchy footlong sub. I’d rather have gotten a wrap from the chow hall. I would understand the laziness if it was near close, but I came at 4:00.
