Usually go to this subway because its close in proximity. The cleanliness could be way better. Two weeks ago we went and the attached image is of a sandwich we were given. The bread crumbled if you even looked at it. We reached out regarding the quality of product and got a email from a Priscilla Bryan saying “sorry” nothing more. Definitely not customer service that bodes well for business.

If i could give less then one star i 100% would, most of the people who work there are rude as hell, minus 1 or 2, the place is extremely dirty… also there are rats running around, and say bug traps by the soda machine.

Ordered a #3 Monster Footlong Pro through their app for pick-up. When I got home to eat, they didn’t put the bacon on the sandwich, nor was there double meat like I paid for. Make sure you check your orders before leaving.

Showed up 20 minutes before closing and you have the doors locked and 1 individual sleeping the day away at the table. Unreal….

My boyfriend and I went to get dinner and the guys who were working were two young men. One of them just came in and he Was really messy looking but I didn’t mind but he then started bragging about how he just slapped a fly with his hand which was gross considering he was about to finish making my sandwich. Well my boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning after eating his teriyaki chicken sandwich and this poor guy was in the bathroom all night puking. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Wrong sandwich! Used the app to place an order clearly stating what sandwich I wanted. By the time I got home, its not even worth the gas to go back to the store. What I ended up getting was a footlong on the hardest wheat bread ever, the type of bread that males the corners of your mouth raw if you try to eat it. The sandwich had bacon and ham, and vegetables, definitely not what I ordered and the app reflects that. In addition, the bacon was not even heated. I’m pretty sure no one eats cold bacon. Please have your employees pay attention to detail.

Both employees (Joey and the woman who wasn’t wearing a name tag, and wouldn’t tell me her name) had a serious attitude problem, and snapped at the customer in front of me who complained that he was waiting to pay and neither staff would check him out, even though my sandwich was “toasted” it was still cold when I got it some how, and even though there were only 4-5 people in line total, we were in line for much longer than any other subway Ive ever been to. Avoid this restaurant if you can, the Moe’s and Panda Express have much better food and much better customer service.

Went here today to grab some lunch. On one of the sandwich, the lady didn’t add enough meat; in the second sandwich I asked for honey oat and the lady took out a bread with sunflower kernels. I had asked about the bread and was told that’s correct when I know for a fact honey oat is dark colored with oats on it and luckily I don’t have a nut allergy, but just imagine if the same thing happened to a person who is allergic to nuts. I also had to repeat myself more than twice for the meat and what kind of cheese I wanted since the woman forgot. I kind of got the feeling she might be new, but if she’s unaware of the bread, perhaps asking an employee if it’s correct before making a customer their sandwich.

I drive up to the drive thru speaker and begin to place my order. I quickly realize that their intercom system was working inadequately. It made it hard for the employee to hear me give her my order. She then asked for me to turn off my vehicle engine so I can repeat the order to her. I thought it was very unprofessional as I have never been asked to turn off my car to place an order at any fast food drive through. Anyhow, after I finished placing my order and drive up to the window, I noticed one of the female employees working the drive thru window seemed pretty annoyed and stressed out. Thankfully, whatever was going on with her she didn’t take it out on me. I think when employees knowingly work too hard for little pay and may have a tendency to snap at customers it’s come time for them to find better employment where they will be happy. Does no good to work somewhere where you will feel miserable all the time. It’s unfair to the restauraunt, the customers and employees working in that establishment. Also, the Subway company seriously needs to replace their old & shoddy intercom system. Other than that, I received my food the way I ordered and didn’t have to wait too long for it.
